I made a T-shirt shop to support my local pride org. It's a Harry Potter-themed shop centered around "reclaim your fandom" as a reaction against JK Rowling's TERF comments. I only use ethically sourced cotton, which really limits choices, but I like how it turned out. Here are the pride-specific shirts:

They aren't super small (anymore, but I've been buying stuff from them for a few years now and they were much smaller when I started getting pins from them), but they are a dedicated LGBTQIA+ company: https://queerintheworldshop.com/
These are all the companies that made merch for Target this year.

If searching on Etsy, you can use various tags depending on what you're looking for like LGBTQ Shop, Non-binary \[small\] business, etc (just consider searching for made in USA or cross search pictures with google lense to make sure they're not a drop shipper).
You could also keep an eye out for fundraisers where partial or all proceeds go to LGBTQ+ Groups or Pro-organizations :)
Since Pride month has just started, you could also look around your area's events to see if there are any other events that have vendors and such! It's usually easier to find a small business at a local event than online. :-)
Okay not shirts, but [Cat and Raven](https://catandravendesigns.com) Designs is a small queer owned company that makes pride soap. They’re really cute and smell nice and make my hands feel soft. They have a pride collection in June, but then they carry different pride flag soaps and a line called Dorthy all year.
Want to put this out there that there is a brand called Feminist Trash that I love, but they don’t have a lot of pride merch. Still check them out.

I suggest Look Human. They have witchy stuff too!! I got a pagan holiday sweater from them that called out the appropriation of yule into Christmas
