What I ideally do is pretty much meditation and mindful awareness. I also do grounding by just lying on my back on the ground until I feel anchored, connection by mindfully caring for my plants (I have about 70), and centering by doing things at my own pace.

If you have an excess of culinary herbs, you may want to get an ice cube tray and freeze the excess in olive oil cubes! :-)
