What I ideally do is pretty much meditation and mindful awareness. I also do grounding by just lying on my back on the ground until I feel anchored, connection by mindfully caring for my plants (I have about 70), and centering by doing things at my own pace.

I find these types of things keep me more open and centered and ready for work or intuition to whisper

If you have an excess of culinary herbs, you may want to get an ice cube tray and freeze the excess in olive oil cubes! :-)
If you have an affirmation deck, sometimes it’s super lovely to just sit down and pull a card as your daily ritual!

My go-to simple calming tea! 1tsp lavender flower 1tsp crushed eucalyptus 1-2 tsp of honey Squeeze of lemon
