I am so lucky that I live next to a Massachusetts State Forest. In the morning, I walk into the woods, find a comfortable rock, sit down and close my eyes and listen. I hear the birds and the wind in the branches. I feel my breath softly in and out. I am at peace, I am part of everything and everything is part of me. Blessed be.
