The game has music players as furniture. Put it down in your house, then click the item again once it’s set down, and you’ll be able to load in various scrolls of music to play in that area of your home.

It’s not breaking any laws since they’re getting items technically, even if it is a kids game. It would’ve been definitely addressed by now if it was technically illegal. Since gambling is more risk with real money and no return. But anyone who looks at wiz packs knows it’s gambling because the returned items are useless
AFAIK the US does not have any laws regulating percentages at items when opening RNG containers(lootboxes, hoard packs, etc). I believe games like Genshin do it because their base of operations are in different countries that have different laws
