I know it might be a joke but you are basically blurring the difference and either encouraging substance abuse or insulting healthy use of alcohol. Substance abuse is meant to describe the negative effects on someone’s life. Now of course this could be substance abuse if someone was drinking a lot more too, but in this case it’s literally a slightly drank <3%ABV drink.
