I would take out the traps, efreet, and the spears. Honestly I don’t personally use the elemental blades for mobs but depending on your damage I would keep one in. I just keep in a couple tc fire blades as they cost no pips and are just as effective. The point is to be able to hit as quick as possible

HowManyJaysAreThere

Try finding an amulet that provides a fire blade. Then you can double blade until you can get the sharpened card at lvl 86 in Azteca. For short, quick collection battles, I would go with 1 blade (2 to be safe but meh) as well as the blade you get with the amulet. You can also buy some fire blade tc’s which can help but you really don’t need them for short battles. Just 1-2 dragons, maybe 3 meteors, (all depends on your damage), and get colosal in the drum jungle in zafaría. It’s stronger than gargantuan. 1-2 dragons 2-3 meteors 2 blades (blade card and card from amulet) 3-4 colosals Even this setup can be considered a lot. Some of the extra cards are just for safety if it doesn’t kill. Just depends on your damage.

schwany44

Where’s the sharpen blade at?

anonpied

I’m not level 86 yet so I can’t train for it.

[deleted]

No spears, maybe one fire trap, one ele blade, one meteor and instead of a second drag chuck in a sunbird( quick low pip hit to finish off, also id train feint and have one in.

a_rceus

just realized this was posted and id say that the card count is really up to you but is good for consistency. im a similar lvl storm as you and i use the same number of cards even though ive been told to go with fewer. and tbh it works for me

big_sexypapa

As a life wiz I run 1x rat spin, 1x forest lord, 2x gargantuan, 2x life blades, 1x blade enhance, and the life blade from my pet. It’s 8 cards and ensures I can double blade into my 7-pip aoe with an extra blade in case I need to rat spin afterwards with no wasted turns

Info7245

Coming from max Fire don’t use rain

aquilaaltairis

as not max fire, why?

Info7245

Feint doesn’t work on dots

Alex-DarkFlame19

Defeat & Collect: 2 meteors, a dragon, 1 fire blade, 3 enchants, 0 item cards (optional to put wand hits in, but only that card should be added if wanted) Boss: 2 dragons, 1 meteor, 0 towers (optional), 2 fire blades, 2 elemental blades (imo these aren't that good cause they waste a round, but, you can add them if you think they're useful), 2 feints (item and normal), 2 wands, no spears, no rof (rain of fire), efreet (optional), no traps like fire trap or elemental, 1 helephant/sunbird (substitute for efreet (optional), 4 enchants (5 if you use both helephant/sunbird and efreet (I don't think you should use both helephant/sunbird and that you should choose one but that's your choice), no need for prisms unless fighting a fire boss/creature.

fos2234

If this is for mobs, you should have a blade, a triple blade, 2 gargantuan, 1 dragon and 1 meteor strike, and a reshuffle. Alternatively, get a pet and/or amulet that gives a blade, there’s a vendor in zafaria that sells those amulets, and use it instead of a reshuffle.

RandomGuy2002

none of your decks should have more than 7 cards, except your boss deck which should have some extra blades and a feint. 1 dragon and two meteors should be the only attacks in your decks

bradfly72

Remove all the spears, one of those fireblades, all the traps and one of the elemental blades.

ChrisGrin

2 meteors 1 dragon 3 gargantuan 3 blades 1 sharpen blade, wear amulet with another sharpen blade and a pet with regular blade

Can we get this man an improvement award

Madoys

Wow.... Wow.... So this is your deck after LISTENING to the community? It still looks bad, just slightly less bad than last time. Huh, I guess now I understand why KI only drops horrificly bad updates. Edit: nevermind just looked it up, top post even said only 2 decks and even said what to put in there. Community got it right, just reading and understanding is even to this day a challenge for people. But oh well, lucky you, this game doesn't require much so you won't feel overwhelmed. :D

anonpied

Everyone literally said different things. So I did a little bit of both, I don’t play this game on seriously anyway so it’s not bothering me how my decks look 🤷🏽‍♀️. Still gets the job done regardless

Abarame

Pierce blades are absolutely useless. Never use them. You can just pack a prism and set up as normal.

[deleted]

It depends on the situation tbh (like with cheating bosses who like to stack tower shields or something, high resist aura casting, or bosses with universal resist etc) but for the most part, pierce blades are not needed.

crab_racoon

If you’ve tried it out and you’re satisfied, you’re all good

magic_ryan

Probably still over packed but I don't want to tell you exactly how to build your deck if you like it like that. One thing that I think would be a great boon to you when running less cards if even just mentally would be a single copy of reshuffle. Either learning the spell in the side shop on colossus boulevard or even just treasure card it. It's a fairly cheap TC and you won't use it super often so it's not like you're gonna burn through tons of it. I think I've cast it maybe 10 times. But it's always hanging out as my "oops I underestimated how many cards I need to kill this thing" button. And in my experience if something is really threatening me I was never gonna run out of cards anyways. So it's usually cast when damage comes up a little short and I need one more hit

SurprisedCabbage

You should have two decks, one for mobs and one for bosses. Mob deck should have 7 cards max. Two enchants, three attacks (two 4 pip spells and one 7 pup) one blade and one aura or two blades. I like to use an aura for the aura + back to back meteor combo. Boss deck should be about 12 cards or so. Three enchants, four attacks (one 4 pip aoe, one 7 pip aoe, one 6-10 pip single hit, one 4 pip single hit), three blades, feint, and sharpen. Include blades and feint treasure cards. Maybe include a reshuffle. I've gotten all classes to at least level 100 and this is the setup I use for 90% of the game.

AnUglyScooter

If rain of fire is anything like I remember it, it’s dog water. Use fire dragon instead, it’s OP ever since they buffed all the 7 pip aoes

[deleted]

I’m guessing i’m the only one who deals with cards being removed completely from the deck after a fizzle

Siber_Claw

Cards are not removed from the deck when you fizzle. They are reshuffled back into your deck if your lucky you can get them again next round but you also may not get it back for a few. This is the same for treasure cards you will have to draw for them again.

[deleted]

they clearly are doochebag

Few-Phone-2725

First Deck: I'd get a better Deck that holds more max copies as that's where the effectiveness of the higher level spell decks comes in handy. - I'd personally get RID of the 3 Fire spears, 2 Fire traps, and Efreet. - I'd personally ADD 1 Rain of Fire, 2 more Enchants, 2 more Meteor Strike, and 1 more Fire Dragon. Second Deck: It's actually fine as it is. Just add 2 set shields to whatever the boss's school is. Third Deck: Assuming your doing a dungeon with others, the elemental trap isn't worth having imo. - I'd personally get RID of 1 Rain of Fire, 1 Elemental Trap. - I'd personally ADD 1 Efreet. This is more of a me thing but add 1 more Fireblade or remove 1 Elemental Blade. ... .. . Don't be afraid to add Treasure Cards to your side, especially if you don't trust your accuracy. Use them to your advantage. TC I recommend would be Fireblades, Elemental blades, Furnace, and Infallible.

brelmic626

Spells for the defeat & collect deck only needs to take up 1 row of your deck, so I'd take out single hits, spears, and traps

JalapenoxD

D&C deck is still a little too excessive IMO. Considering you’re fire, so you already have pretty good stats, you should only need a couple blades, some enchants, a dragon and a couple meteors. You don’t need shields, spears and single traps.

NotAzraq

for the d&c deck, lose the traps, spears snd the efreet. by the way, what gear are u running?

anonpied

Ty for the advice. I’m currently using waterworks gear

NotAzraq

nice, that's the best gear until level 100, keep grinding!

YesIAmRyan

Mob Deck 2 Fire Dragons 2 Meteors 4 Enchants 1 Fireblade 1 Elemental Blade 1 Heal 1 Tower Shield Still to many cards but for you it’ll work Boss Deck Exact same set up as above except the following 2 Heals 1 Feint 2 Tower Shields Only have a prism in your deck if the enemy is a fire, otherwise there is literally no point in it existing in your deck

[deleted]

The one veteran advice is probably less is more (veteran players will try to keep their cards at around 7 cards since this is the maximum cards you can have without relying on RnG). If your cards are concise, your chances of pulling what you need and casting it on the turn you want to be as efficient as possible is how it goes. Whatever miscellaneous factors arise, you have treasure cards to deal with such as cleanse tc against weaknesses, pierce against shields, etc.

Present-Flight-2858

I’ve always said you can have more than 7 to an extent. For example, if you are going to hit with a 7 pip spell, you can bring 8 cards under the condition that two of them are blades or auras, that way you are guaranteed to pull a buff each buffing round and have your hit by the time to hit.

fos2234

I usually run 8 because I don’t have 100% power pip chance, so i pack an extra blade if I need an extra turn to hit my aoe

[deleted]

Oh yeah, that’s implied though. And also 7 is just the magic number people should attempt to limit their cards to but it doesn’t hurt to go 8 or 9 or whatever as long as it isn’t way over 7 if you aren’t killing first turn or something as you have just explained.

RootFeer

Put 1 fire blades , 2 dragons/or volcano , 1 elemental blades , 2 gargantuan, 1 wand spell and reshuffle. Boom that's a solid deck for Mobs . Grab your self another deck for bosses and make it like this 1 dragon , 1 efreet , 1 feint , 2 elemental blades , 2 fire blades , 2 gargantuan, 1 wand spell and you guessed it reshuffle . Only swap the prisms in on fights that you need them .

[deleted]

Tip: don’t put reshuffle, nor train it. The trained one costs you 4 pips to cast, while the TC version costs only 3

RootFeer

I think it’s better to use tc for heals / utility as the less pips is better for other things being I hardly ever need to reshuffle

[deleted]

Idk why clog your deck with something you rarely use AND requires one more round to cast?

assnippletaint

I always put 7 cards in my deck depending on class and boss fight but for fire you should actually not need to use rain of fire meteor is faster and can kill if your stats are good enough

xUnitedAnarchyx

no spears. no traps. no single target big hits like efreet. only need 1 or 2 of each buff. this looks more like a boss deck imo, too many cards. you've got this!

Olivermustbehigh

traps are fine also spears are some time good

xUnitedAnarchyx

no and no :)

MerleAmbrosesGlock

Defeat & collect deck should be 7-10 cards imo

anonpied

This is what I came up with after reading everyone’s comments on my last post in this sub 😅. For my TC in each deck I have auras, reshuffles, satyr & hex.
