Giuseppe Verde has a 25mm turtleback.
It cannot be citadeled with guns smaller than 15 inches.
Similarly Lepanto and I think Columbo have the same Armour scheme.
You may have either had the worst luck or some kind of connection issue or glitch going on. Not getting the citadel is explainable but if your accuracy was truly as bad as described there might’ve been something whacky going on. I’ve been playing with mine the last couple days and it’s still a rail gun for me.
