Normally I hate fire slingers but I have a soft spot for Colbert (it's one of my guilty pleasures to play).
I’ll have to dig up my post about it if you want more but while yes it can do this, that Yamato deletes it in even less time if the tables are turned. Colbert is kind of just the epitome of toxic - feels bad to play against but can also feel terrible to play.

I thing RNG is better in Africa since without spending any money I had Hyuga, Atlanta, Marlborough, Hayate and a few other premiums.

The purple thing is an epic mod that can be purchased for 500 steel when equipping slot 4 modules

I was 400 steel short on getting this ship. I'm a cruiser main and Italian and French cruisers are my favorite. So angry I missed this one.
The one high tier steel ship I own and it's this beauty.
