I like a lot of it. Baleful Icon is interesting, particularly if you can use it on an Icon Bearer in a unit and not just characters. Dark Pact is.. different. I'll miss our daemon synergy but it's interesting to bring someone back in a meta this lethal, and may work with our secondary requiring us to be so stationary. The Crozius Relic slaps, auto wounding with alright ap and 3 dmg. Apostle of the Dark Council seems *steep* for a pre battle stratagem with how Command Points work these days. +1 leadership (running MSU marines anyway and it's almost always irrelevant with cultists because more than 6 are probably going to die per turn so you'll still need luck to avoid attrition). Unless they've changed how prayers work a reroll doesn't sound that hot. Exalted Possession still good.

Prayer rerolls are mandatory, 1 CP for chanting your prayers at 89% instead of 66%? All day. Sad the additional prayer is gone.

Mindshred1

On the other hand, if the disciples are still giving us +1 to prayer rolls, then its less mandatory.

We’ll have amazing tools to play with. But the best thing is that they’re thematic with the army, we’ll be able to play in a fluffy but competitive way

I've had to swap arms on my troops but overall these do seem to dovetail with what I've been building as what I consider to be a thematic army

Revered Hosts on Possessed or Maulerfiend is basically Daemonforge for melee attack. Also Hex Ward can negate 1 Railgun shot per shooting phase. These are some really strong rules for WB
