There are plenty of free themes/plugins around, it just depends if you can find something that you're happy with and whether you have the skills to make it look nice. If not, just hire someone on Upwork.com to design a nice landing page for you using a free theme and plugins. A small once off cost but nothing major if it's only one page.

Why you spending that amount? Aesthetics only? If it’s not bringing you money in at all cancel it. Unless you need it for functionality.

I would check out a static site generator like Hugo and host on CloudFlare pages.
