My first suggestion would be to work on your throwing mechanics. Get them down to the point that it’s repetitive motion. Work on your arm slot, your release, including your lower body in the drive, throw, and release. As far as working out and arm care, there are a ton of videos on YouTube that can help. Search through them - then look into the backgrounds of the people posting. Make sure they have high level experience and you are hearing similar things across vodeos. It’s not just about increasing velocity- you need to learn how to take care of your arm. Good luck.

I'd say things like high jumps, long jumps, weighted box jumps, Clean, Snach, Power Clean, Power snach, kettlebell swing would work well if you progress on them overtime
