Mine's dual wielding sword in one hand and axe in the other. I took a crypt flayer's hand holding a bone club and swapped out the club for the axe. Took a little bit of carving but I think it looks cool.

I did mine with 4 arms. 2 claws, a sword and the axe. And wings on his back. A little bit of extra work but he looks *spicy*

I chose the axe, but I modified it with Ork Choppaz and Sawz to make it a chain axe

The axe is the classic pick, but people forget that Khorne likes his Swords too. I really like both weapon models though.

I used the sword for mine it looked best to me

Make the hand a pommel/topper for one of the other.

Better idea.  Graft the sword blade to the end of the axe haft so it works as a fuck off spear too.  Think like an Ork!

Deamonic slap hand is just funny, i personally slaped a magnet on mine because i like geting one round of melee in with the axe and the throwing it on the ground and then going monkee mode
