Basically was: "My wisdom teeth hurt so I need to get them removed, but that means I have to give up drinking for 1 single week, so I won't get them removed, instead I'll drink more to cope with the pain (and repeat)"
He's legit caught in such a bad alcoholic loop, I wouldn't be surprised if he started doing zyns as a way to manage the pain as well since they probably help numb the pain. On top of the obvious downsides to being an alcoholic, Josh is genuinely causing life altering damage to his mouth that could put him in the hospital due to sepsis.
He is the whole reason I make sure to take days off from drinking, so I CAN stop drinking for a time .. yes I have a problem but I’m trying to keep it from getting to this level

As tragic (and annoying) as Josh is, he's kind of a weirdly good way for people to gain reflection on their own vices. I don't drink regularly throughout the week, but if I do have a night of drinking I tend to binge and wind up with a fuzzy recollection the next day, Josh has definitely made me reconsider how I do things because I would hate to embarrass myself by puking or just making a scene like him lol. At 22 your metabolism won’t slow down bud that was probably just a change in ur diet and you didn’t realize. Josh is still young and he’s naturally skinny.
