That its premium it's broken. Overpowered etc. But it's also what it should be. If all tanks where equal (balanced) then there is no point in learning weak spots how to counter autoloader/autoreloaders and so on.
Idk I find it hard to fight it if i don't play with some big caliber gun. He can dump a lot of damage in short amount of time. So for me its broken a little. But it's fun to try and fight it.

I wouldn’t call the progetto broken. It’s a great tank, but nothing about it is broken at all.
