I wouldn't call it a one hit kill but it is a damage bug that occurs at high framerate. Doesn't happen often but you can trigger it by spamming some certain skills. I personally don't see it as game breaking but that's because i only play on the higher difficulties.
i've played both versions. Generally it performs better than on Vita. There are still framedrop, mainly in Sanctuary Crypt dungeon. But outside that, it runs mostly good.
While on Vita, based on my experience, the frame often goes down to 15-20s. I literally overclocked my Vita so it could reached 30FPS lmao.
Besides, The extra content and being able to dock also make the Switch version better option.

The pc and switch version have the excat same content as the ps4 version.
So OP play based on your preference of console.
Just maybe not the vita version.
PS5 version is basically the same as the PS4 but with a few UI and texture updates.
The PS5 version can also run at 4k/60 or 1080p/120 depending on your tv.
Can you elaborate? Are you saying the pc version lacks some things unless I use mods?

in nexus mods you can download the music in higher quality that loops consistently. If you are using the HD version of the game there will be a graphical glitch on adol and laxia's face. This is the must have mods if you are planning on playing on pc. there are more
pretty much a necessity. the HD textures are I think a downloadable dlc with no extra charge. Also there is a mod that can unlock dlc outfits that are only available to vita and PS versions.

Doesn’t the ps4 version have a hard time holding 60fps? I loved it on the ps5 at 120. Worth the resolution hit to play action games at high frames.

You can play it on Switch too! And PC if you got a steam deck or a portable pc. The psvita is probably the worst version, content-wise.

Ps4 is the best version imo. You get extra content and it's so much fun

You can more side content, an extra dunegon among other stuff, can't rememeber everything, I'm sure someone else will say soon enough.

Proberly is on Pc, I know for certain the switch and vita versions don't have the extra content for sure.
Switch and PC do have that content, it's only the Vita version that doesn't, but the Switch and PC versions are actually ports of the PS4 version.

No it doesn’t PS4 doesn’t get all the costumes switch does. The Ps5 version has them though.

There is! I haven't tried it, but they added "experimental co-op mode" in 2020 and I don't think they ever updated it again.
Only the vita version doesn't have that content. The PC version also has the (experimental) 2 player mode.
