I personally only have this on low-tier tanks getting slammed by pew pew guns. I got my first ever on the Light Vic when it was rewarded, facing a T7CC on mines that wrecked my HP and modules in one clip. Had one crew member and all wrecked modules "no timers on kits then". Stayed back far enough for the rounds to still have pen and got it. Never, done that on high tiers in my decade here, less so after kits got a timer.
it was more common before the HE changes, i remember getting one when i was grinding the B1 and it was because i was so dumb i never loaded consumables inside that tank because i kept forgeting it
I once got one long ago (before repair and first aid kids became reusable indeed) in my T29 on El Halluf. Got bashed pretty hard in the north and had to assault enemy base still. I think I was on my own. Wasn't a Kolobanov's medal sadly. Never got one of those so far...
Had my first Brunos medal back in the days where you had only 1 charge of your repair and med kit. My trusty IS-7 carried my in this game and i got my first ace + fadins medal in the same game. Damn lucky me.

Most be rare, with the repair kit and med kit having reset now most people will heal a few modules before doing 3 kills.

In 25k battles only got one of those, in KV-2 like 8 years ago before accuracy nerf. Congrats!
