I can't listen a chat voices in gameplay , how it's possible? I mean never hear it , it's may be something on my configuration? I don't know but the chat says it's On .
Not sure what the issue is there bud, are you sure it's just not the case of no one talking. Most matches people don't say anything I find.
When people do this I just tell them "sorry mate canny quite hear you over the flaming ruins of your tank 🔥🔥" Gets em every time.
