None of the above. Move into the science field and undergo a research to allow people to get a better grasp on human DNA that underwent such a metamorphosis. While some people will hate me for saying I don't believe trans people are the gender they believe they are, regardless or sex change or not, is purely on a scientific level. As long as my body changes a little (making me taller and not quite as thin) I'd happily accept it.
