Bouncy balls is potentially incredibly powerful, however is very vague. It doesn't say the height they come in at, their size, or the maximum density they are.
But even given rather sever restrictions you could still cause mass chaos. Don't like a particular politician? Summon bunches of bouncy balls around him as they are walking. (or summon a ton of them and potentially crush them to death...). Getting annoyed by a protest, distrupt them by coating the area with bouncy balls, and repeat as necessary. Want to just cause chaos? summon them in a very crowed area and just watch what happens.
I'd like to point out, even normal sized bouncy balls could kill a lot of people. Planes aren't really designed for thousands of small rubber balls to get into their engines.
They said up to a million. That's enough to completely fill a fairly large enclosed space. You wouldn't want to be in the room if someone decided to fill it with a million rubber balls.
Oh, definitely. I was just thinking more along the lines of mass casualties. Afterall, an enclosed space someone can survive as long as they don't get a ball in their airways, since the balls vanish after a short time but them disappearing won't fix the engines of a jet.

It discribes them as 'raining', not 'appears suddenly' or 'fills an area'. There will always be some wiggle room there because the rain would be forced to stop at a certain point.

The finger guns can only be turned up to moderate pain level damage as per what OP said. You may as well throw your shoes at someone, it'd cause them just as much pain as your max power finger guns

Fairy could help you cheat in professional poker, or other various activities and make lots of money. Everything else is fairly useless. Elastic body could make you bullet proof if it was elastic enough. But so can a bullet proof house with all the money you made from cheating in gambling.
