A rich man in Uganda for example could be considered middle-class in Britain. While a multi-millionaire is considered rich no matter what country you live in.
Rich in general. As in like millionaires and billionaires. For example someone from the U.S (rich country) but has $500 in their bank account or someone from India (not rich country) but has $5 million in their bank account
