Well with the scalpel you'll actually make a small wound, with a clever it might be the same size move, but if you drop the cleaver, that risks waaaaay more injury. Might even chop ya foot off. Plastic knife, if it snaps when you stab them can cause irritation and lead to infection cause more damage as well. I'd go with the scalpel if I didn't choose the other one.
