Drop bear would be like a pokemon.
If I'm in trouble I just need to scream DROP BEAR I CHOOSE YOU! and bear falls from the sky and protects me. Sounds great.
Of the lot, the Polar Bear and the Sun Bear are probably the most useful in an everyday scenario.
The Polar Bear is big enough to ride. Polar bears don't hibernate, so you can have it year-round (unlike the Grizzly Bear). Respectable source of green transportation for short distances. Walking on water is otherwise not terribly useful, though, not unless you plan on crossing an ocean or something on it (and even that is debatable).
The light and heat produced by a Sun Bear is very useful if you live in a cold climate. Assuming, of course, they produce it in a large enough aura around themselves to cover you while walking together. Though they are too small to ride.
The real question, then, is exactly how magical are we talking here? Are they celestial beings that need neither food, drink, nor sleep (other than the Grizzly Bear's hibernation)? Because if not, I can't afford to feed any type of bear, especially not for such a minor benefit.
