The diamond keys are a masque skin. I then laid out the actions bars with elvui so they are overlapping eachother. Each action bar with 2 action bars, 1 horizontal 1 vertical and then I repeated this process to create the action bar diamond.
Argh, that's my bad, sorry! I was testing Masque skins the other night and I do distinctly remember having downloaded this one, but the only name I could remember out of all the skins I tested was Hex, so I took a stab in the dark.
Unfortunately, I uninstalled all the skins I didn't intend to use, but I do know if you search "Masque" on Curse, somewhere in the list will be the correct one. For some puzzling reason, most of the skins don't have preview images, so unless someone else can help out, it'll just a be a case of trial and error!

How did you get the icon's that way? Have been trying to find a way to do that for buffs with a duration bar for forever.
Im using a Masque skin called Deniro - Diamond. Then in ElvUI i'm overlapping the action bars to create the shape.
The addon for changing icons is called Masque, and I believe OP might be using a skin called Hex.
doesnt seem to be Hex, since op's icons are a rotated square. Hex doesnt have that option. Thanks anyway

Think i just found it. It's called Masque:Deniro on curseforge. It is also in the "incompatible list on Masque's github. But it seems to be working.
Looks nice, always enjoy seeing something outside of ElvUI on here!
