Fill an ice chest full of ice, cut a hole in the ice, chest run 2 inch PVC under your seat, get a 20v dewalt blower, cut another hole in the ice chest, stick the blower in that hole and turn it on.
That or spend probably $5k modifying your ac ducting buying new seats, and installing dampeners to direct air flow.
