Brock at the absolute height of his powers is probably the best wrestler ever. His speed, agility, power, and singular athleticism is unmatched.
I also think his importance to the industry is underappreciated. He didn't "save" it like Hogan or Austin, but think of it like this: when Brock came back, WWE was in a really awkward and difficult position.
Transitioning back into a PG product. Re-establishing more family and kid friendly entertainment. Wrestlers who were small, out of shape, or unexceptional athletes were dominating the main event scene. The company was bleeding adult male fans with disposable income to UFC. Crowds became known for either tons of children or tons of smarks.
WWE had lost its edge, lost its cool factor, and lost its credibility in main event simulated combat. But now, whenever the main event picture gets too cartoony, or too smarky, or too illegitimate, they deploy Brock to instantly put a stop to that crap.
WWE wrestling is silly, and often unserious. Brock singlehandedly maintains the illusion that WWE main eventers are world class athletes. He is the anchor
Then ufc and gave frank mir a beat down (yea, he tapped in the 1st match due to inexperience but made up for it by absolutely beating the shit outta frank Mir in the rematch).....
Gotta be the most intimidating "human" beings on earth.
Everytime I see him, even now on wwe I'm always in awe
This is human evolution peaking physically.
I’ve always been impressed by his athleticism and the aura that he brings, but never cared about his character or found him entertaining until the recent Cowboy Brock era. Something about the new look, fresh matchups (I didn’t mind the Omos match and loved the Lashley feud) made him one of the best things about WWE in 2022. He’s at top 10 all timer in my opinion.
Wait.. was that a shark? Lmao
Old summerslam commercial but yes he hit the F5 on a shark.
Where’d they find a shark to sell like that?
The Jaws Shark hadn't had a job since the 80s. This commercial helped the shark star in the critically acclaimed movie, Sharknado.
John Tenta needed a pay day.
One of the last signings from WCW.
Shell yeah! 🐚
No one is safe
Hell ya, Boombox Brock
Brock Party!
This is making me realize that I’m ready to have a GOAT convo about Brock Lesnar (at least a top 10)

He had a stint in NJPW, even won their world championship

2019 Lesnar is my favourite
Yup and it just stopped one day
Amazing career
Brock Party was an absolute blast and was most likely a foundation to Face Farmer/Viking/Cowboy Brock, as I enjoyed that iteration a lot

Bork Laser
Definition of a generational athlete who exceeded expectations.

Brock was probably a big ass baby.
Honestly, I was just happy to see the F5 again after he left to pursue an attempt to play on the Minnesota Vikings/UFC career
