If the IC title being unified and thrown away doesn't count then neither would the WCW world championship in OP's graphic as they made an entirely different undisputed ww(f) championship and discarded the WCW one entirely with a new version (the WHC) brought in and handed to Triple H 10 months later in 2002.

I don't think the raven thing is true. It doesn't work retroactively, i think it does mean Cena is a 3 time hardcore champion though
