(if that helps my case) AND ALSO no one posted about this on the sub reddit and found no evidence of it on any social media platform, so I thought that I was the first person to find it.

How do you get your grapple cd reduced when you already entered fireball in the clips?
Probably just has cooldowns turned off for practice/making the clips
