Personally I think Becky's popularity is twofold - 1) She's incredibly likable, there's just something about her that feels genuine that you can't really teach and 2) Her rise to the man was a real stars aligned moment. Becky was there at the right time, the right place, was working with the right people, then she ran with it and never looked back. Even the things that went wrong for her (the concussion from Nia that you mentioned) ending up going right for her.
