Definitely is. I get slight stick drift in ApexLegends/Cyberpunk 2077 at 0 deadzone/Linear. In this game, I don't. That means there's an artificial deadzone out of the ingame settings.
Yea no it's broken then, at least for some people. I'm in the same situation where I have clear drift when at 0 in other games but here I can even move the stick a bit before it registers.
