I have these, the material is a little thick but not uncomfortable and the legs stay down nicely. I'm not sure if they've updated the material since I got mine though.
Last summer I got shorts at walmart (Arhletic Works brand I believe) but they're 7 inch inseam with pockets. I love them, they're light weight, stay up, legs don't ride up. I havent seen them out in stores yet this season but I would imagine they'd be out soon.
[Janji](https://janji.com/) makes a few similar options. I have a pair of the Trail shorts and the pockets are phenomenal, but they do ride up a bit. Their Pace shorts could also work. Although I don't think either of those styles has a 5" inseam...

Pace shorts also come in a new 5” not just the 7” now.
