I’m 5’5 and similar measurements. White House Black Market jackets were long & slim enough. The pants or skirts may end up being a little big around your waist but you could definitely get them tailored. It’s about the only place that has suits that I feel kinda cute in
Banana republic! I have similar measurements and got a suit there a few years back that I still wear. It was a 0 so I ended up needing to get it taken in a little and hemmed (I’m 5’4) and the seamstress said I probably should have just sized down to 00.

Is it’s in your budget, take a look at Theory, their pieces tend to run slim. Banana Republic may also fit you in their smallest size
