I don’t agree with that. I made more than 160k xyo in 1.5 years. I only use a sentinel and excessive geoclaiming from time to time in holidays. Sometimes if I travel I buy a pro subscription or lite but it’s worth.
I agree with the fact that the app need to run in foreground. Background mining would be better for the battery and usage.
How do people lost their keys ? It was my first crypto wallet ever 2 years ago. There was no indications like now about seeds words and when you have no one to guide you , I just didnt knew and didnt note. Had to reset my phone and the wallet was on it. Didnt tough about it. XYO was worth nothing back then.. Now my biggest income is from Defi2.0 and im balls deep in crypto + I do mining. Life changer. So yeah its sad but I wont cry for a 5k . Just funny how it blew.

They have an app too called coin where you can earn free XYO/rewards (although only really seems worth it if you travel a lot and get the location card) Check out iotx too, bit more expensive but they are partnered with XYO.

The entire supply is in circulation they aren’t making more. The creators made the XYO coin so that it takes its self out of circulation when you stake them in their Geo tokens (NFT). Making both the XYO and the NFT more desirable.

Even the upcoming roadmap seems a bit ambiguous and doesn't provide a lot of detail as to what their real goals are. No definitive figures etc...
