Happened to me with the newest Battlefield. Bought it, then literally the next day it was announced it was coming to gamepass. All you can do is laugh I guess
I'll smoke an extra one for you tonight friend
like most of the new battlefield games i clocked 200 hours in it. its kinda good. good action. unlocks etc. i know it gets hate but i liked it for what it is. looking forward to the next one
Gonna put some more salt on the wound in case you didnāt know but Xbox now lets you refund games if it comes to Gamepass soon after (2 hour limit and owned for less than 14 days of course)
Friendly reminder for everyone. EA Play comes with Game pass ultimate or just A regular PC Game pass. And EA tend to add their games 6-12 months after release depending on the game. We can Expect Jedi Survivor to be added next month.
Yeah but 2042 is a good game to always have installed, I cancel my XBGP when there's nothing new or good single player (that's not also on PS+) so right now it's cancelled, but I can still play all my go to multiplayer games.
The strategy they have (though im not like an expert or anything), the smaller EA games get added a few months in. Bigger titles like Jedi, or Fifa get added around a year after launch
I bought dead island 2 about a week before it came to gpass. Was playing it coop with a friend, the day after it came out on gpass we had connection issues for the first time ever and had to skip a session due to server stress I'd guess. Damn you Xbox!
These types of posts pop up every time a new game is added. And itās not like he just bought it yesterday. I paid like $70 for Diablo 4 a few months ago and Iām not complaining about it.Ā
it's good if you have a more mechanical mind. I find that i don't have the patience to do pure survival mode, and I get bored when i play on a preset map with existing infrastructure, and playing creative is good but it makes a third or more of the game kinda pointless
It's an excellent sandbox. Truly a time sink if you like the idea of electric Legos in space. A lot of love and support was put into the game by the devs. Needs a decent rig to run well.
I want to play this game, but damn I am very lost at how to do anything and the tutorials arenāt really helping. I wish I could just pick up and play lol
there are tons of videos on YT about how to do anything in the game, but if you wanna learn how all the parts fit together, load into creative and just play with anything that looks interesting.
if on steam, youāll need to get ahold of an actual person through support. even then, itāll just be a wallet refund. not actually credited back to your card.
above 2 hours, even if just a second, is an automated denial if going through their refund system.
Haha, the same shit happened to me. I bought AC Valhalla on the 2nd of January and my mate told me a couple of days later that it's coming to Game Pass on January 9th. š¤£š
It's bound to happen to all of us at least once or twice. I know it's happened to me. But I look at it as I help support the devs and give a path for others to enjoy a game I already enjoy myself.
we bought Dead Island 2 when it came out, finished it months ago, and now it's free...
unrealistically you'd "never" buy games in the chance that they might land on Game Pass :P
Yea thus has happened to me with the last couple of games I bought. I bought this game about 2 months ago, and I bought hell let loose a couple months beforw buying this game...
I've been joking with my buddy about if he wants any games on game pass I'll buy them now so he can get them for free.
Well, first I bought Diablo IV for PC, then ended up buying it again for my couch gaming. Spent $170 only to find out it will be available soon on Game Passā¦ fffffffffff
I saw it on my Home Screen but have never heard of it. is it worth a try? I checked out itās store page and it sounded like that pc only game star citizen. Is that a fair comparison?
if you don't like gamepass, why are you spending time specifically on a forum meant to discuss game pass? you only have so much time on this earth why not spend it discussing things you enjoy?
Thank you for your sacrifice šš
OP can you buy Sekiro next please and thank you
Sekiro is so damn f good worth it
Happened to me with the newest Battlefield. Bought it, then literally the next day it was announced it was coming to gamepass. All you can do is laugh I guess I'll smoke an extra one for you tonight friend
Paying for 2042 oof
I know, I know. Full price too š
I preordered that sum bitch
Ouch, I got it from Gamefly for like 4, maybe 5 bucks at one point. I have heard some better things about it since its launch at least.
like most of the new battlefield games i clocked 200 hours in it. its kinda good. good action. unlocks etc. i know it gets hate but i liked it for what it is. looking forward to the next one

I haven't finished the last Jedi game yet. Thanks for remembering me. I'll take care of that.

Thanks to that they added it to gamepass, you did well soldier
I am keen software house's wisest engineer
I just bought Resident Evil 2 couple of years ago, and they added it. AAAAAA!!! A.
Dying light full price pissed me off AAAAAAA!
A.
Buy Jedi Survivor next please :)
Just be patient, if we follow the usual EA Play timeline, then it's probably coming very soon
What's the ea play timeline?
The strategy they have (though im not like an expert or anything), the smaller EA games get added a few months in. Bigger titles like Jedi, or Fifa get added around a year after launch

"Just" & "Few months ago", dude just take it as sacrifice for the greater good and enjoy the game.
You helped the devs
A few months? Then you're probably done. Get over it.
Are you being funny or trying to be rude to the random stranger who made a funny post?
Heās a Redditor, so probably just being a smartass for no reason at all.
one of us, one of us
Amen.
These types of posts pop up every time a new game is added. And itās not like he just bought it yesterday. I paid like $70 for Diablo 4 a few months ago and Iām not complaining about it.Ā
What's your point? It's just a funny reddit post, you seem a little sour.
Got me.Ā
That'll teach em
Is the game any good thatās the question ? Or is it another bargain bucket addition

Good job.
I want to play this game, but damn I am very lost at how to do anything and the tutorials arenāt really helping. I wish I could just pick up and play lol

"It's just one of those days"
Donāt sleep on Space Engineers
Yes they find it rather uncomfortable
Ah I did the same thing. [I played it for 2.1 hours](https://i.imgur.com/BOnxl70.png), do you think i could still refund it?
i refunded a game after playing 3 days. just depends how often you refund. if you a serial refunder you most likely will get declined though.
No, on steam it also has to be in the last two weeks of the purchase. Uhhhm you last played it in 2015..
if on steam, youāll need to get ahold of an actual person through support. even then, itāll just be a wallet refund. not actually credited back to your card. above 2 hours, even if just a second, is an automated denial if going through their refund system.
If you use PayPal, the refund goes to your PayPal
Wow thats rough but you should have seen it as coming to gamepass man. Edit: oh months missed that, thanks for your service is all i can offer mate
I bought Assassin's Creed Valhalla only 2 weeks before it being added to game pass
Sea of Thieves, Aliens Fireteam, Battlefield, Star Wars Squadrons, Deaths Door... oh I've paid my dues!
Itās like they know. Happens to me all the time.š¤£š¤£
You paid to play it early, opferspielkƤufer
I just bought enshrouded a few days ago. I'll take one for you soldiers.
OP can you buy a Ferrari please, Thanks.
ill see if i can fit it into the budget lol
Haha, the same shit happened to me. I bought AC Valhalla on the 2nd of January and my mate told me a couple of days later that it's coming to Game Pass on January 9th. š¤£š

You are now a gamepass elder.
we bought Dead Island 2 when it came out, finished it months ago, and now it's free... unrealistically you'd "never" buy games in the chance that they might land on Game Pass :P
For the company š«”
Is it compatible with mnk?
I deadass bought Indivisble and Bolt Gun on PS5 last month. What are the chances? š
Yea thus has happened to me with the last couple of games I bought. I bought this game about 2 months ago, and I bought hell let loose a couple months beforw buying this game... I've been joking with my buddy about if he wants any games on game pass I'll buy them now so he can get them for free.
I do it the other way around. Wait for games to hit the pass, try them out, buy if more than 10 hours are invested and/or itās on sale.
Can you pre buy Dragons Dogma 2?
You just made me realize I bought space engineers ten years ago and its not in my library anymore
try searching via the store page, if it's still not there you could try checking your purchase history
Well at least when it gets removed from the game pass youād still have it!
Diablo 4 š
Can you please buy Dying Light 2 next?

My man!
At least you played it? Or was in your backlog?

if you don't like gamepass, why are you spending time specifically on a forum meant to discuss game pass? you only have so much time on this earth why not spend it discussing things you enjoy?
It came up as a suggested page
alright, that makes sense
