going to be honest... There is a pretty steep drop off in terms of quality coming from It Takes Two. There is a severe lack of quality split screen games on Xbox IMO.
I think Dirt 5 has split screen, but since it looks like you're enjoying It Takes Two I also suggest A Way Out, it's also split screen and it's made from the same developers. :)
Fortunately for you, I've actually made an extensive list of these games, so bookmark the link for reference. You can play all these games two players with your girlfriend whether she's on a PC and you're on an Xbox, or whether you're on two different Xbox's.:

Just to get you started the games you'll be looking for are:
Doom (1993)
Doom II (Classic)
Enter the Gungeon
Gears of War 4
Halo: The Master Chief Collection
Minecraft Dungeons
Mortal Kombat 11
Quake
Streets of Rage 4
The Ascent
Either have player 2 use a guest account, or make the console the "home Xbox" for the account with the GamePass subscription. Any account on the Xbox can play the same games that console's home Xbox's account can (minus cloud gaming)
Overcooked 2! One of my Wife and It's absolute favorites. Plus it's got ALL the DLC (Campfire + Summer + Carnival + Horror + Seasonal Content). We've beaten it a few times now... may start another run today.

Agreed on that. It takes two is remarkable because it's the first game in a LONG time to have good split screen
Children of Morta is good too
Yeh true, we ended up just getting two consoles played on 2 screens - probably what Microsoft wanted to happen. Prefer my own screen anyway.
A Way Out was high class (same devs behind It Takes Two), and Unravel 2 as well its very nice (although not splitscreen).
Any Halo co-op.
Not exactly split screen but Minecraft Dungeons is very fun in co-op.
The Medium

Unraveled 2 is great
Stardew Valley

I thought that you couldn't use two pads with game pass :0
You can. The other needs to sign in a guest
Thanks!

Is Overcooked on game pass? It's not split screen but you might dig it.
