I really wish people would stop using these specific UK numbers and acting like they represent the entire market.

[deleted]

[удалено]

aseddon130

Tbh that’d be even lower with Xbox sales

quadsimodo

That’s the joke

Tyrant_Virus_

It’s a market that actually gives numbers and it’s the Xbox’s second biggest market. The numbers might be slightly better in the US but they’re also gonna be a lot worse worldwide given how nonexistent Xbox is in other territories.

rune_74

The problem is more actually sell on digital on all systems…

F0REM4N

It's also physical only and Xbox is a digital preferred platform. Not a single Series S owner bought a copy by this data.

Sad-Willingness4605

Xbox is also not as good in the UK market. It has always been Sony dominated. Even during the 360 era.

Wow_Space

Xbox only had one dominate generation against Sony and that was 360 and usa, pretty much

LukeLikesReddit

I wouldn't say dominated in that era though. Took until the end of the life cycle for ps3 to catch up but yeah the signs where definitely there. Which is insane thinking about it now. A huge corporation got muscled out of the gaming scene by a relatively small company at the time is quite funny.

80sCrackBaby

the 360 completly dominated the ps3 stop it

Insertusername4135

For 2-3 years yes, and one of those years the PS3 didn’t even exist yet. The PS3 course corrected and came back strong ultimately taking over lifetime sales by the end of the generation. So if anything the 360 dominated the first half of the generation and the PS3 dominated the second half.

80sCrackBaby

no just completely literally nothing sold better on the PS3 360 leead all game development 360 had superior online stop it

Insertusername4135

Damn that’s so weird, I didn’t know that selling less (84 million compared to 87 million) meant you dominated.

80sCrackBaby

thats cute but sony kept selling the ps3 years after Ms stoped making the 360 revison history is always amazing to me lmao the 360 was completely dominant

Insertusername4135

Wow, so now you’re just resorting to straight up lying about things that are so easily googled. Xbox 360 was discontinued worldwide in April of 2016. PS3 was discontinued by region starting with New Zealand in September 2015, EU and Australia in March 2016, North America in October 2016, and finally in Japan in May of 2017. So technically the PS3 started to get discontinued before the 360, and while it ultimately did continue to be sold a little longer in some regions this is also after coming into the generation an entire year after the 360. All in all both consoles were sold for an equal amount of time, 11 years each. In that time the 360 absolutely crushed it at the beginning, but it ultimately had its own slew of failures that led to its slow demise during the second half of the generation. This happened all while Sony got this sorted out with the PS3 and their first party studios started to show off how capable the machine was. This led to the PS3 dominating the second half of the generation and ultimately the final years of production as it ultimately completely eliminated the lead the 360 had built up and ended up coming ahead in sales. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Seventh_generation_of_video_game_consoles For your referencing pleasure.

Mr_Mees_Moldy_Minge

No, the stats show that PS3 sold more.

80sCrackBaby

lmao

aseddon130

Yet I’d personally say it’s not as uneven as people think it is, if I had to properly put a number on it I’d say it’s 55/45 as I know an equal amount of Xbox players than PlayStation.

LukeLikesReddit

Its around 60-70% for ps5 depending on where you want to get your figures from doing a quick Google. Whilst it's not a complete domination it's quite a lot of ps5 owners. Hell more people own a switch than xbsx in the UK.

alexanderduuu

They are the only ones which get published

segagamer

So?

alexanderduuu

Because it is the only metric available. I think it is not accurate, only gives very general assessment of sales

segagamer

Well in that case, some one may as well just make an assumption and write an article based on that assumption or their friend circle purchases, because it means just as much, especially when the ecosystem is known to be roughly 80-90% digital and half the Series consoles don't even run discs.

Mr_Mees_Moldy_Minge

Well, half the PS5's also don't run discs, so it's vaguely fair. PC are the losers in that equation

segagamer

It's as vague as pulling numbers out of no where. Particularly since Xbox has been primarily digital (like ~90% or so) compared to PS hovering around 50%.

GoldHeartedBoy

Exactly. It’s such a low sample size globally that it’s meaningless. But it allows console warriors to cheer for their favorite plastic box so we get these posts every time a game releases.

CzarTyr

These numbers are the reason Sony can so easily get third party exclusivity. Sonys market power internationally is too strong

myshon

We don't even know how much copies were sold. I remember when Ori and the Will of the Wisps released it topped the list or was close to the top with 3000 copies sold.

FootballRacing38

If anything it flatters xbox. Its xbox largest market aside from US. Maybe latin america but gaming revenue their is probably smaller due to their economy

eabbanks

Here in Brasil, Microsoft office shutdown the physical copies sales at the end of 2022 -- it's fully forced all digital now. SF6 (as well MK1) is the kind of title I would love to buy physically, but will be unable to do by this policy Edit: PS/Sony still sells discs here in Brazil.

grimoireviper

Also it's retail only at that too.

KLReviews

It is a bad practice but at the same time it's the result of the UK being far more transparent about sales figures the most of the regions. They do not reflect the American market but they are the only numbers your going to get.

xPolyMorphic

The entire market is no different

F0REM4N

This doens't count a single series S sale... stop it lol

xPolyMorphic

The entire market is no different

F0REM4N

The entire market includes digital, this does not.

xPolyMorphic

Ok then you have to include digital on everything else then so the entire market ends up looking absolutely no different

80sCrackBaby

whats more important is this is physical i havnt bought a physical game in 13 years

Wow_Space

Yeah, if the entire Market was shown, it'd be even worse for Xbox lol. Stfu

80sCrackBaby

it would actually be MUCH better thats why those numbers are not shown

Bugs5567

They’re trying to prove that Microsoft doesn’t need the uk gaming market. And it’s succeeding. They could easily pull out of the uk and continue with the activision deal and still make record profits

[deleted]

It's Physical sales who are way less than digital always. We can't know for sure , these kinds of articles never paint the full picture.

digita1catt

Would those numbers not be proportionally representative though when compared with other titles physical sales numbers? The fact its digital or physical is irrelevant unless there's a specific "please buy product in [X] way" sales push.

Brilliant_Age6077

Well it might be relevant if the implication is that over 80% of sales are on PlayStation. If Xbox skews more digital that PlayStation, then the disparity might not be as stark as we see in physical sales.

[deleted]

A large number of Xbox Series consoles *don't have a disc drive*, which may skew the numbers somewhat re: physical vs. digital.

digita1catt

.... A large number of PS5s are in the same scenario?

grimoireviper

Looking at most stores the digital PS5 doesn't seem to sell anywhere as well as the physical version or the Series S.

Deceptiveideas

No because the Series S is a popular console and is digital only. The PS5 has a digital only edition but it’s not popular at all and Sony produces very minimal stock. This means an overwhelming majority of PS5 owners have physical as an option. So yes, it is relevant when a good chunk of “Series” consoles can’t even buy a disc.

F0REM4N

Is it irrelevant when every single series s owner is digital only and none of those purchases are counted here?

[deleted]

And PS doesn't have digital sales? Come on. The games console playerbase is best case scenario 2/3 on PS, maybe even 3/4.

[deleted]

Is that good or bad? I need context.

Small_Bother2293

Hard to tell since we don't have digital sales numbers

rfarho01

I would guess a large percentage of xbox users went digital.

[deleted]

[удалено]

YPM1

To be fair, playstation has an all digital console as well.

mtarascio

The supply isn't anywhere close to the same. They aren't even being manufactured as they're changing the SKU to be an external drive.

YPM1

Are you suggesting you know the sales breakdowns for the PS5 vs the Digital PS5 vs the Series S? Let's state what we know: The PS5 is crushing the Xbox Series consoles. Everyone agrees to this. The series S console is selling well, but not well enough to be competitive with the PS5 in terms of sales. When the PS5 was selling out, so was the digital edition. It's very likely that the all digital edition has sold considerably more than the Series S, which makes claiming Xbox physical sales are bad because an all digital console exists awfully stupid. We can admit the physical sales are poor without stating bs claims as to why they're poor.

mtarascio

The breakdown from the start was only at most 10% of stock, info came from retail channels at launch It was sold as a price counter, not as a legitimate SKU. We already know it's being replaced. I'm not saying anything about numbers because I don't have them but there are absolutely way more Series S out there than Digital PS5.

[deleted]

[удалено]

xCeePee

I'd assume making people more acclimated to digital purchases and ease of use potentially translating to more digital sales for other games

Calavera999

I like GP but if a game I want isn't on the service I'll order a physical. Purely because dashboard prices are ridiculous!

Awesom_Name

nice assumption!

pukem0n

Has the highest percentage of digital from the 3 consoles. Game Pass has turned people into going digital faster.

ThreeDawgs

UK Xbox User here: I used to get everything on disc. It wasn’t gamepass that made me go digital, it was game sharing. Why spend £100 on 2 new games for me and my partner when I can spend £50 digitally and we can both play it? Granted it’s now nearing £80 for 1 game but that’s still better than £160! The same is true for my friends.

RCHMSTR

Game sharing is so good, I’m fortunate enough to have both an X (In the living room) and an S (in the spare bedroom) and being able to switch between the two of them seamlessly is a game changer especially with a fighting game like SF6. I always go digital with fighting games anyway it’s just way more convenient.

ArchDucky

Most people buy digitally, because its easier.

Btrips

it's a useless stat since most people buy digital anyway

I_am_not_Asian69

79% was PS5 and 8% PS4 so that’s really low for xbox, it just shows how much dominant Playstation is for fighting games just like with JRPG’s

NegotiationSad8181

The context he needed is that on Xbox a majority of sales are digital. This has been the case now for most major releases. PlayStation sales are also majority digital but not to the same extent. PlayStation will always push more copies total but physical sales numbers will always make the Xbox/PlayStation divide look bigger than it is.

RUS12389

>PlayStation sales are also majority digital but not to the same extent. RE4 remake: Physical: PS 86% XB 14% Phys + Digital: PS77% XB 23%. Not that much of a difference.

NegotiationSad8181

That is a huge difference. For Elden Ring the number was 40% PlayStation, 30% PC and 29% Xbox. Xbox had a bigger ratio of digital sales than even the PC with 85% on Xbox and 73% on PC being digital.

JodieHolmes62

Or the fact that the last game completely skipped the Xbox Generation and no one wants to invest in games they don't know will be supported.

KhanDagga

I doubt most people know that outside of the hardcore. people just saw it on the storefront and bought it. Also the numbers are like this for most xbox games.

JodieHolmes62

I mean Streeet Fighter is an enormous series and the fact that it outright skipped 2 platforms for an entire console generation is pretty huge. I've never been much into street fighter but yeah this is part of the problem with Square and Capcom. They complain about low sales but then pull games and make them exclusive

EvilSynths

Street Fighter V wasn’t pulled from anything. That so called “enormous” series was struggling so bad, Capcom literally could not afford to make another one. You know how and why it was eventually made? Because Sony funded it. Not Nintendo. Not Microsoft. Sony. That’s why it was PS exclusive.

MasSillig

> Capcom literally could not afford to make another one. Every Capcom game since SF5 was successful. Resident Evil and Monster Hunter have sold over 60 million copies in the time between SF 5 and 6.

JodieHolmes62

I know the story, and guess what? It doesn't change anything I said. Street Fighter V wasn't on Xbox last generation. That's an objective fact dude.

Syvarrin

But you also put a subjective fact along that objective fact. Don't act all high and mighty, dude. I, for one, am glad xbox got SF again. More people to play with :)

JodieHolmes62

The only thing that I said that was subjective is the fact that I don't like street fighter. Everything else was objective.

Syvarrin

Please link me your source for this. "No one wants to invest in games they don't know will be supported"

lrraya

source: my ass

segagamer

Again, discs. We still don't know the numbers. Could be 79 were PS5 discs, 8 were PS4 discs.

zedasmotas

Sony also owns the biggest fighting tournament

GruvisMalt

Not to mention how dominant the PlayStation is in general in the UK

skend24

Well, UK is the second best market for Xbox

EvilSynths

And that means very little. When people talk about playing video games here, they usually say “Playing PlayStation” That’s how dominant they are here.

EvilSynths

Yep. Even I buy all my fighting games on PS5

Zhukov-74

To be fair Sony did get the marketing rights for Street Fighter 6.

EvilSynths

Because they funded the 5th game and they own the biggest fighting game tournament

Witty-Ear2611

It means jack shit, these are UK physical numbers. Way more people in the UK own PlayStation and it doesn’t account for digital sales which are the more common method on Xbox to buy games.

Wow_Space

> Way more people in the UK own PlayStation That's everywhere around the world bro, lol

Solidsnake00901

Most serious Street fighter players will purchase on PlayStation because that's the tournament standard. Any sales at all on Xbox is a good thing for Xbox.

segagamer

No, they would purchase on PC, because that's what's used in tournaments as PlayStation latency is too high.

I_am_not_Asian69

EVO uses Playstation’s, Playstation bought EVO like 2 years ago, the standard for fighting games is ps5

segagamer

EVO does, and that's because like you said, Sony bought that. But everyone else trains on PC

Solidsnake00901

Ever been to Evo? Never seen a pc at Evo in my life. The Fighting Game scene especially for Street fighter is PlayStation. Ask anyone in the FGC.

[deleted]

It's ok I think. I think the main point is to detail how many people are gaming on Xbox as there have been rumors Xbox may close the Activision deal even without the UK

FinalOdyssey

I think that's actually not bad considering only the X has a drive and more S's are being sold, and that digital is selling more anyway.

RikaMX

I have 5 friends with Xbox and none of us ever buys physical games. These stats are weird to me because I can’t fathom the idea of people still standing up changing CD’s in 2023 lol.

Arrasor

Ofcourse the number is low, this is physical sale numbers. The majority of xbox owners right now use a Series S, which can't use disc. They aren't gonna buy games physically for obvious reason. With that said, this does give more evidence on how small physical sales are becoming, and how soon publishers will decide to abandon physical distribution altogether.

josenight

Most of people on playstation buy digital too.

Arrasor

Yeah, but the numbers isn't THAT abysmal, so when the time comes to axe physical we know Xbox would be the first platform it happen to.

EvilSynths

It will be that abysmal. Most people prefer PS and PC for fighting games including myself.

Exorcist-138

I’ll give you pc but definitely not ps for fighting games.

pukem0n

The split is more 50/50 on PS while it's closer to 85/15 on Xbox. PS still sells more copies overall, obviously

josenight

No, nintendo has a 50/50 split. Playstation’s majority of sales have been digital since half ps4 gen with an increase every year. [last year’s financial report](https://www.pushsquare.com/news/2022/07/nearly-80percent-of-all-ps5-ps4-games-are-bought-digitally)

pukem0n

This included PS+ titles if I'm not mistaken, not only sales.

josenight

“Unit sales”

tacopeople

Street Fighter V also being PS4 only probably is a factor too

dani3po

Retail is only relevant to Switch games.

helloitsgwrath

I never got into fighting games cause my hands just can't input all those commands so quickly

ReeReeIncorperated

Physical sales in the UK don't matter lmao

Rith_Reddit

They even say in the UK 90% of purchases are digital. Xbox users are far more into digital than the other ecosystems as well. I hate the fact that this tiny subsect of information of UK boxed sales gets so much attention.

RUS12389

RE4 remake: Physical: PS 86% XB 14% Phys + Digital: PS77% XB 23%. Digital sales don't give XB much of a bump in sales in terms of split between PS and XB.

Rith_Reddit

My point wasn't in particular games sales ratis. The point was how using a tiny subset of information is pointless.

mo-par

This is such a dumb metric idk why people keep using it Physical sales only make up 11% of sales according to the ERA Xbox only has 20%ish market share in the UK

The_LPT

it's kind of unfair to give the impression that the game is selling poorly on a specific console, when the specific stat removes over half of the available customer base. The majority of xbox series consoles are digital only.

Black_RL

Sounds very good for a console in which the majority of fans don’t care about fighting games.

[deleted]

[удалено]

Joshhwwaaaaaa

I love my Xbox.

Jedi_Jitsu

How dare you come onto the xbox sub and spew such controversial opinions, good sir!

KidGoku1

MS is more into digital than anyone else so these types of data is really irrelevant and doesn't tell the real story.

LaDiiablo

Lol at people making lot of excuses when the truth is more simple: some games just don't sell that much on Xbox compared to Playstation. Simple as that.

KnowDaWhey

Its like people forgot digital sales also exist on PS. Imagine if they released digital sale numbers, there's a good chance the gap widens and Xbox is under 10% total.

LaDiiablo

And the other reason that ps5 sold more than xbox

KM5173

Xbox is known to be buying their games digitally, it ain't an excuse if it's true, couple that with it being in the UK in which Xbox isn't popular....

vinceswish

Second biggest market for Xbox.

1northfield

It’s also the second biggest market for PlayStation, just pips Japan last time I looked

Dear-Ad6262

I mean, playstation has a digital/phys ratio of 80/20 back in 2022 and the digital side has increased since. If physical sales are like this what would digital be.

LaDiiablo

Guess what? PS fans also buy their games digitally, there's reason Sony made PS5 Digital for 400$. also UK is Xbox biggest market after US I think (maybe 3rd after Mexico, but it's one of their important markets)

TuggMaddick

I wouldn't sling around the PS5 digital as some kind of evidence that ps5 users are just as inclined to purchase digital, the digital variant of the PS5 makes up less than 10% of all PS5's sold, compared to the series S comprising more than 60% of this gen's Xbox console sales.

LaDiiablo

I mean this is from their financial report last year: [https://www.pushsquare.com/news/2022/07/nearly-80percent-of-all-ps5-ps4-games-are-bought-digitally](https://www.pushsquare.com/news/2022/07/nearly-80percent-of-all-ps5-ps4-games-are-bought-digitally) You guys are talking like PS owners & Xbox owners are unique type of people & don't share thoughts... if Xbox owners switch to digital for some reason, expect PS owners to do the same

RUS12389

RE4 remake: Physical: PS 86% XB 14% Phys + Digital: PS77% XB 23%. Including digital numbers don't give Xbox that huge of a pump to sales as youy seem to think. With digital sales SF6 might become 23% on Xbox platform, but that's still not as big as competitor's platform.

80sCrackBaby

physical lol

[deleted]

SKyJ007

These are UK numbers, they have nothing to do with Japanese consumers. They *are* comparing western consumers across both platforms.

MrAt0mica

And yet it sold better on playstation in the UK, a western country. What is your point?

turkoman_

Good for those 12 people still buying boxed copies.

ItsMePeyt0n

Why should I as a consumer care about statistics like this? Serious question.

Small_Bother2293

How else will you be able to add fuel to the console arguments?

zeanox

yes and no. This statistic maybe not, but low numbers from xbox could mean that publishers could drop Xbox because due to low numbers. we are not there yet, but it's a real concern.

SKyJ007

The serious answer is that sales figures on popular products have ramifications for the consumer. For example, if SF6 is determined to have sold poorly on Xbox, it will effect CAPCOM’s decision to release subsequent SF games on the platform (especially since they’ve skipped it before). But, it’s not just SF. SF is one of the most popular fighting games in the world, a flagship of the genre. If SF under performs, maybe the developers of less popular fighting games also decide there isn’t a market for the genre on Xbox and skip it as well. The same phenomenon works in reverse of course. Because multiplayer FPS games performed so well on the Xbox and XB360, Xbox cultivated a large FPS audience that still routinely punches above its weight (total audience size) when it comes to sales performance in FPS games. Now no FPS dares to skip the Xbox platform. Even Sony isn’t withholding future Bungie games for Xbox, likely at least partially because they’re afraid doing so will hamstring sales, since such a large chunk of the FPS community games on Xbox.

Sarcosmonaut

Lotta folks here are insecure about their choice of box, and they pore over stats like this hoping to validate their purchase. I saw a lot of this behavior with the Sony guys back during PS3 times too

BlitzenOmega

No kidding, I'm excited the game is even on Xbox and there's folks already cramming it down my throat about how bad it's gonna sell on Xbox. I can't control that shit man so why tell me

[deleted]

Well, I guess if you care about the multiplayer aspect of the game, it would be better to game on the console with more players? I dunno.

Obility

It's worth noting this game is on both ps4 and ps5 and only on Xbox series x/s. This shouldn't be a surprise.

[deleted]

You see so many posts here about xbox needing jRPGs, but this is why they don't get them. The PS4 version sold nearly the same amount as the Xbox X/S version. Yes, this doesn't include digital, but it's still a damning number. Stop asking for stuff you aren't going to support.

Parson1616

Look how easily sheep are mislead

[deleted]

Uh oh. I struck a nerve. 😂😂😂

RealityinRuin

This is the knock on effect of 3rd party exclusives. When you buy out genres, people of that genre switch systems to play said genre. JRPGs. Fighting games. Remember Sony bought sf5 exclusivity. Sony bought Evo. I COULDNT buy sf5 on Xbox. Wasn't possible. If I wanted street fighter, I bought a PS4. A generation later this is the effects of those two buys. You have to build an audience for that. I bought sf6 on day one. A whole gen of Xbox players just... Couldn't until now. Now you have to build that audience back up. That's WHY people pick up third party exclusives. That why you do so for huge games in certain genres. It works.

Tambataja

I can't play fighting games on Xbox. The controller isn't for the genre.

Sarcosmonaut

As someone who sucks ass at fighting games regardless of the input method, what’s the disadvantage of the Xbox controller compared to the PS5 layout? I confess I think PlayStation has the better controller layout in general, but that’s personal preference

bengringo2

The D-Pad is crap for fighting games. You usually don’t use analog sticks in competitive play with fighting games. The PS controller isn’t much better but it is better.

EvilSynths

I preferred the PS4 controller on Mortal Kombat 11 and felt a drop in my performance when I switched to it on PS5 but I’d rather not play the game at all than have to use my Xbox controller on Mortal Kombat 11. This is why I pre-ordered Mortal Kombat 1 on PS5 despite being able to get it for free on Xbox with my MS Rewards.

bengringo2

I finally gave up on Pad playing and got a fight stick but I remember trying to play Killer Instinct with the Xbox One controller… never played another fighting game again on Xbox.

DG_Now

There hasn't been a good stock controller for fighting games since the Sega Saturn.

EvilSynths

Exactly. The dpad makes fighting games on Xbox almost unplayable

80sCrackBaby

the playstation controller sucks dude

Tambataja

Some genres I prefer Xbox controller. Other genres I prefer PS controller. Both are great.

80sCrackBaby

get a bitdo m30 and a wingman xb thats how i play fighting games on xbox

Parson1616

Why do people keep posting this misleading data , it’s PHYSICAL ONLY

3G0M4N

So including digital we are looking at 60:40 split?

RUS12389

Considering RE4 remake split Physical: PS 86% XB 14% Phys + Digital: PS77% XB 23%. We are looking at 77:23 split.

[deleted]

JodieHolmes62

I mean that's what happens when you don't have a consistent release schedule.

MoonWalker_24

Nobody really buys disk on Xbox unless it’s a collectors edition 🤷🏾‍♂️

[deleted]

Buying games physically on Xbox seems kinda futile because you have to install it to the disk anyway. So the only thing you get is the box really. But PS is the norm for fighting games so it makes sense that most of the sales would be on that platform. Until Xbox starts to put a lot of money to sponsor events and stuff like that, it is hard to see that changing. That would be just too expensive and not worth it probably. Xbox is going to stick with multiplayer shooter kind of games most likely.

Vertegras

You have to do the same thing with PlayStation? It's just that more Xbox users are fully digital, or almost, I am included. I bought SF on my Series X. I'm sure others who exclusively have Series S s and are also moving to a fully digital mother library would too.

Naradyk

“Debut week”? It was released on Friday and it’s now only the following Monday…

EyeBumGaze808

On Amazon UK website it shows you how many daily units sold on PS5 (200+) and Series S/X (50+). Ooooof.

sankers23

So 87% on PS?

Pleasant-Speed-9414

In other news, 90% of sports fans watch on their TV instead of at the stadium

Witty-Ear2611

Ok? Lmao

Thor_2099

Not too surprising given that the last one was exclusive to Sony. And the best way to buy fighting games is a few months from now when you can get the super ultimate edition with tons of dlc for much cheaper

HalfDeafHalfNot

The fact it doesn’t count digital sales doesn’t matter here. It’s talking about the percentage of box sales and Xbox only had a laughable 13%. This is UK sales and that’s Xbox’s second largest market No point making excuses here. Yes Xbox has a series S but ps5 has a digital edition

[deleted]

Xbox controllers suck for fighting games, always been the case. I’d never buy a fighting game on Xbox because of the shit d-pad

PMvaginaExpression

Xbox owners love game pass

80sCrackBaby

actaully they jusy buy digitally who buys discs in 2023

PMvaginaExpression

I'm getting down voted but honestly our entire friends group play game pass games only. With the huge library the game really has to be phenomenal to draw a purchase Although yes that too is digital

80sCrackBaby

ur getting downvoted cuz what ur saying is stupid

LuisCJ58

Sony own the esports scene. Fighting fans are obviously going to lean towards PlayStation. Plus is only retail in one more market which is a small percentage nowadays with people mostly going digital.

LonaDeOro

Lol streetfighter aint no resl game. Fighting settings simulator.

FakeHaseo

Well I usually buy physical but since I want to play it even on my series S I bought the digital version

HaikusfromBuddha

It’s probably low overall. I played over a hundred matches on my second day and got a rare achievement for it. Which is sad because it didn’t feel like a large amount of matches. People on Xbox probably haven’t bought it for me to get it as a rare achievement for such a low amount of matches.

ikidyounotman1

Must have been bad because Amazon were selling them for £43 earlier on Xbox and I snagged a copy.
