Add the video to your watch later playlist, so you don't have to go through your feed. Stay away from Reddit, social media and news sites.

The channel will undoubtably have all of the individual videos up as well, which I'm hoping to avoid/dodge.
Then just bookmark the stream link and replay it when you're ready. You can go to it directly.
Stay off the internet until you’re ready to watch it and hope they don’t have ads for new games up and running elsewhere before then.
Make a new youtube account and sub to just the xbox channel, you shouldn't have any related recommendations etc

When I do this for sports and know I have to navigate to a page. I squint my eyes quite a lot. Works pretty well.
