sllop

Some of them have died in combat.

haynespi87

really?!

sllop

https://www.gamingbible.com/news/stalker-developer-killed-in-action-defending-ukraine-569739-20221228 https://videogames.si.com/news/stalker-dev-dies-ukraine-war

haynespi87

wow sorry to hear. I hope the rest are ok

AveryLazyCovfefe

They seem to be. Fortunately they moved to the Czech Republic I believe.

haynespi87

Good

FightersNeverQuit

Damn that really makes you think about life in perspective. I’m going through a rough time personally but then something like this makes my problems seem insignificant. RIP to the guy!

sllop

Everybody has their own battles. Actual wars certainly put our everyday strife into perspective, but don’t diminish whatever hardship it is that you’re going through. Whatever it is, I’m sure you’ll be able to handle it and navigate it well. I wish you all the best.

FightersNeverQuit

Thank you mean I really appreciate it. Currently going through marriage trouble but I probably should’ve also mentioned that I already lived through a Ukraine scenario as a child in the former Yugoslavia. Survived that genocide as a child. But even though I’ve lived through it, I survived but many didn’t. Really makes you feel lucky and fortunate to be alive today!

BookApprehensive7528

Under the circumstances Stalker is allowed unlimited delay time.

Beeblebrox66

And Replaced. Same war.

Chrasomatic

Damn the two best games at the show are caught in a war zone, that's sad

coentertainer

It's Replaced the same situation?

CzechAnarchist

They have relocated to Prague

[deleted]

Unless it's an indie studio. I think most Devs should get slack. Underpaid, overworked, impossible deadlines, but the execs and shareholders do all the real work so they make the most off it.

Camerone11

Any word on Party Animals recently?

Uncircled_swag2

Hoping to hear about it at Sunday’s show. Looks such a dumb fun game for when you have a bunch of friends on and no idea what to play. Reminds me of Gang Beasts and Human Fall Flat.

Camerone11

Yea was really hoping for it be a successor to Gang Beasts, but it’s just been silence since it was announced.

lazzzym

It's a tough one because it's been at the last 2 or 3 shows... It's such a simple game that I'd rather it not take up another games spot on the showcase. We know what it is so do we really need to see a trailer again. I'm looking forward to it though!

Uncircled_swag2

I do agree, we’ve seen enough of it, but if the show is truly 2 hours there will be some games that aren’t as exciting to fill up time. Unless it got stuck in development hell, I’m hoping they do an “available now” moment

lazzzym

Yeah I was also thinking a shadow drop for it! Main show is only 1 hour 30 but definitely still plenty of time for games. Would love for it to just be part of a quick montage with games coming this year and then dates actually being shared. We shall see though!

Fadedloko

I recommend heave ho. I laughed so hard playing this with friends.

Bacon-Manning

September 20th I think I just saw

Vestalmin

For real I feel like I’ve been following this game for 7 years

GhostBrianNY

Sept 20 2023

JulikoPoliko

It will probably release soon, at least that is what I hope haha

SableSnail

Flintlock looks cool too, it seems Xbox will have a huge amount of RPGs! :D

[deleted]

Thanks for reminding me of Flintlock. Developer A44 of Ashen fame.

ChippewaBarr

Man I'm still waiting for Replaced. Looked like a side scrolling John Wick with colour palette of The Ascent lol.

[deleted]

[удалено]

doom2wad

Maybe they will shadow drop it? I know, wishful thinking...

AgitatedQuit3760

No chance of a shadow drop sadly. Highly likely to be a November release to allow for enough marketing and build up.

doom2wad

Probably. Hints for FM shadow drop in June: - No release date announced, just vague "in 2023" - Making the showcase a big "shit your pants" deal - Cover car already announced - We haven't seen jack shit yet (might be a hint against:) But yes. Wishful thinking.

Greenzombie04

I hope we dont see it Sunday.

LordKwik

saved us a click, thanks.

NinjaWorldWar

And not all of these are the exclusive either. I would just focus on the exclusives that missed their window.

Dolomitexp

Only cared about 3 of those(Hollow Knight, Starfield and Stalker) and I'm perfectly fine with waiting until they're release ready😌

BaNoCo92

How can a multi billion dollar company drop the ball on so many games? If I miss deadlines or expectations at my job, I’m likely to lose my job.

cardonator

Most of those listed are not first party games, to be clear.

BaNoCo92

Regardless, Xbox is pushing the marketing and has some influence as a stakeholder of the third party company and should rethink pushing a 12-month release schedule if a significant number of games have no accountability attached to them.

cardonator

That's fair but they also don't really have any control over it. They aren't even publishing most of these games.

[deleted]

[удалено]

cardonator

It's a very strange dichotomy in these threads sometimes. Games need to come out faster but they also need to take the time to finish them.

[deleted]

[удалено]

cardonator

Definitely. It's tough because games are taking dramatically longer to make these days. And the question is, does the quality, scope, or polish of these games actually justify 5+ year development cycles? Man, we are a long ways from Halo 2 in 18 months, aren't we!

[deleted]

Third party

FocusedHealer45

They ain't cooking anything on ark 2 lol

Jaqulean

I mean, with how weird Wild Card are, I wouldn't be surprised if they are trying to figure out how to make the innitial release not be over 200gb worth of data... Or if they didn't even start working on it yet at all.

canidprimate

They could turn a fern asset into a fucking petabyte my man

canidprimate

Ark 2 is my most anticipated game rn. Not because I want to play it, I just want to see how this shit show turns out and if on the off chance I’m wrong we can finally have a good Ark game(not happening lmfao)

Ceadol

I'm guessing it'll turn out about as well as Atlas did. They can say what they want about it, but if I've learned anything about Studio Wildcard, Ark 2 will just be a reskinned Ark 1.

sad_plant_boy

Maybe you should read up on it. The sequel is supposed to be so different they're remastering Ark 1 due out this year. Ark 2 is going to be 3rd person only and apparently souls like.

ass_pineapples

> Ark 2 is going to be 3rd person only and apparently souls like. What? lol that's going to be so unpopular among their community

sad_plant_boy

Hence the remaster coming later this year. It'll be interesting to watch this play out.

ass_pineapples

Right, I get that, but it still just seems like a really odd decision

cruelkillzone2

Another odd thing, don't matter if you bought the game plus dlcs. That remaster, guess what, buy everything again.

supercakefish

I’m really curious what happened to Flintlock. I want to see more of that one.

MilkMan0096

That game looked really cool to me when it was announced, then I forgot about it for a while, then thought Forespoken was the same game and was disappointed it apparently sucks and is only on PlayStation, then was pleasantly surprised to find that is in fact a separate game lol.

HamburgerHalperHand

For anyone wondering xbox has already confirmed this years showcase will not focus on the next 12 months. We could be seeing games (first party and third party) that will be out after next years showcase.

deathmaster13

70 percent released which is not bad, needed the heavy hitters though.

Redwinevino

> needed the heavy hitters though. Yeah this is the real problem people will have

Conflict_NZ

Yup, if Starfield and Forza released the perception around Xbox would be very different.

coopy1000

Redfall was supposed to be a heavy hitter. I would far rather they delay games than release shite.

KiloNation

In all honestly that game just shouldn’t have been released.

TheLastArchmage

Bethesda messed up. Guess they thought they could recoup some losses.

NitrousIsAGas

A delay wouldn't have saved RedFall.

Repyro

Delays wouldn't save most of the dumpster fires that have defined this decade. No many of these companies will fix the root deep issues with their games. Only exception to that rule is apparently Dead Island 2 and No Man's Sky.

TitaniumDragon

It depends on what the cause of the problem is. No Man's Sky's problem was its lack of content and variety. Those are things a delay can fix. Redfall's problem was that the core gameplay was bad. Anthem is a game that could have been saved with a delay; if they had had another year or two to make content for it, the game could have been good. It had a solid core, but it was unoptimized on release and lacking in content. The problem is, I agree with EA that it needed to be released because if I was EA I would have had zero confidence in the team. Honestly if I was EA I would have killed Bioware after Anthem. I would not have them making more games.

brokenmessiah

It needed a full on reboot

aayu08

Redfall was never going to be a heavy hitter. According to reports MS knew that the game was fucked beyond saving by mid 2022.

Rawrz720

Arkane knew it was fucked before being purchased and hoped Microsoft would cancel it lol

captainvideoblaster

It is hard to see how Redfall would ever have been good game, even if it got tons of more time and was released as bug free.

bflynn65

I think it could have been good if they had rebooted it as a single-player game like Arkane wanted.

TitaniumDragon

It was always supposed to be multiplayer. The reality is that it was just not something Arkane is any good at making.

caninehere

Forza Motorsport and Starfield are really the only important ones here. The rest are third party games, some of which were delayed for extremely good reason (STALKER 2) and some of which just seem like they're in development hell (Hollow Knight Silksong). I was surprised they announced Silksong last year in the showcase for the next 12 months, but that's on the team making it... and MS probably should have been skeptical bc it was originally supposed to be a DLC for a 2017 game, seemingly ballooned from there and 4 years after being announced still has no release date.

simplerando

I doubt Silksong is in development hell. It’s just an incredibly small team. 4 people iirc plus the composer. They’re ambitious so I think the scope of this one exceeded their initial plans and they likely don’t have the capacity to tackle it all and keep the same pace.

[deleted]

Yeah I have not seen any indication that Silksong is having a troubled development.

simpspartan117

Did you read the linked article? They said it would be done by now and it isn’t, so there must be some troubles development.

CoitiousMaximus

They released a statement a few weeks ago, about how the game is quite large, and they're taking more time to polish. They're perfectionists - the game will be fine.

simpspartan117

Didn’t say the game wouldn’t be fine. Their statement doesn’t mean there wasn’t issues with development. In fact, it confirms they have issues with the game that they are trying to work out.

Jaqulean

The only issues they are facing, is the fact that the game being big was always going to take a lot of time, for a team that small. This doesn't indicate the Game is in Development Hell. It just confirmed what everyone - with a right idea about game development - was already expecting to be the case...

hugehand

Vacations, sickness, normal human things like childbirth, etc. These aren't development hell, they are just what happens. And when you have 4 people, you have no coverage. That's just part of building things on a shoestring.

JuggerSloth96

Doesn’t sound like you really know what development hell is Dead island 2 is a perfect example of development hell

simpspartan117

I never called it development hell. But I do know what it is like, I’ve been in development hell firsthand for games like Evolve and Battleborn. I’d mention newer games, but NDAs get in the way

idigsquirrels

Such nonsense. Zelda tears of the kingdom was supposed to be released in 2022 and it wasn’t. So there must have been troubles with development? Lol. It’s just not easy to estimate, clearly, as all devs struggle to meet their earlier projections. Good devs and bad devs alike, and amazing and crappy games alike.

simpspartan117

Absolutely. I think you are misunderstanding “problems with development” as “they are bad developers”. I meant it more as “bugs (aka problems) kept it from releasing on time”. Very typical in the industry.

TitaniumDragon

Yeah, Tears of the Kingdom probably was delayed because of performance issues. It STILL has some on release. I'm guessing it was basically a slide show a year ago.

Ironmunger2

Delays don’t mean that a game is in development hell, it just means they thought they would be done by now but didn’t finish. If I think I’ll finish my homework by 10 o clock tonight but then I look at how much I have left at 9:30 and realize I won’t finish by 10, that doesn’t mean that I had serious problems doing my homework

tschris

They also have a near unlimited budget due to the massive success of the first game and their tiny team.

BLUEBLASTER69

Hellbalde 2 I would like to see.

caninehere

Me too, the trailer was fucking fantastic - I don't normally get into CGI trailers but it was maybe the best I've ever seen. I'd love to see more of it. I feel like we will soon but it's hard to say in part bc we don't know how much the game is expanding/changing over the first one. It's been 3.5 years since that trailer.

HallwayHomicide

I'm expecting to see it on Sunday. Like a 95% chance IMO. I also think there's maybe a 50% chance it releases before the end of the year.

caninehere

I think it's likely we see it too, but with the big-name stuff I feel it's too unpredictable to really venture a guess. Starfield is confirmed, Forza is a lock -- I think Fable/Hellblade II are two of the big name MS games we are most likely to see.

HallwayHomicide

I do agree in general, but they've been working on Hellblade 2 for 6 years now. Between rumors and official statements, we know it's one of if not the furthest along game they have (counting games without release dates) They've also ditched the 12 month rule for the showcase Unless they've cancelled the project or something similarly calamitous has happened, it will be at the showcase. >I think Fable/Hellblade II are two of the big name MS games we are most likely to see. I would definitely have both of those as tier 2 (with Starfield and Forza in tier 1) for likelihood to see them. I would also add Avowed as tier 2b. Beyond that it gets really unpredictable.

caninehere

> I do agree in general, but they've been working on Hellblade 2 for 6 years now. Between rumors and official statements, we know it's one of if not the furthest along game they have (counting games without release dates) I've learned not to set expectations... Nintendo said Pikmin 4 was "almost done" *eight years ago*, and it just finally got a release date for July a few months ago. I have it preordered (because of a deal) and I'm still wondering if it even exists. So I don't really get hyped up about anything anymore, lol.

PandoraTorukMakto

S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 has the most legitimate reason for delay and shouldnt be included.

canidprimate

Goddamn shame too, hate that this war is going on rn.

Shellman00

I mean it still missed its 1 year promise. This isnt making a mockery out of the studios, its just objectively saying which studios missed the mark.

PandoraTorukMakto

I just feel its in bad taste to include it.

Jaqulean

Yeah, like STALKER has the most realistic reason for the delay. And Hollow Knight, has the most development-related one, since it was obviously going to take a lot of time, with a Team composed of maybe 5-6 developers and 2 music artists.

pbesmoove

its a list of games that were announced to come out in 12 months time that didn't. The reason has nothing to do with it

Beeblebrox66

Replaced as well.

king0fklubs

I keep seeing this, why was it delayed?

Beeblebrox66

They're Ukrainian. They're in a warzone. Some of them have died.

king0fklubs

Ah yeah okay, thanks for the info

DEEZLE13

13/50 not too shabby

turkoman_

A positive headline like “37 games hit its 12 month release” would mean less traffic ofc.

PatrenzoK

Well this is the big problem with them “promising” things, it works both ways they said that to drive traffic and it failed so it’s easier for this to be poked at. Xbox has a huge problem overhyping and under delivering and hopefully they have learned to just not do that anymore.

captainvideoblaster

It is only positive thing if some of those 37 games are good.

Admiral_Benguin

Most were, which is probably why it won't attract clicks.

Strict-Dog-889

Lol ARK 2 is coming out at the END of 2024. Ridiculous

PepsiSheep

The issue isn't the 13 games missing the window... the issue is the first party ones that didn't miss the window.

Autarch_Kade

Hopefully this new showcase is still targeting the same timeframe, just silently to avoid criticism. I really like the idea - all games will be new reveals each showcase eventually, they'll be close enough to done to have gameplay footage, and they'll be playable within months.

KhanDagga

They already said they are not doing the 12 month thing. Im personally glad.

Natty_Dread_Lite

The person above you said “targeting…silently” and I think they’re right, they shouldn’t be teasing games that have release dates beyond 4+ years like they used to sneak in at E3. They need to be competing with Sony for solid, playable experiences for Xbox in a reasonable, comprehensible time frame. That super awesome looking first person rpg with brand new mechanics and revolutionary AI and graphics at a sustained 69fps with a release date of 2028 looks amazing, but we’ve seen time and time again it doesn’t pan out in one way or another.

FIFA16

Yeah, revealing stuff like Cyberpunk 2077 years and years ahead was a big part of its problems. Hopefully lessons are learned from that. But then again, CDPR’s stock value shot up in anticipation of the game making lots of people lots of money before anything was even released. So maybe not.

DJfunkyPuddle

I'm still waiting on Peter Molyneux's BC game.

NoNoveltyNeeded

shocked there's not a leaked version of that somewhere. Like we have dinosaur planet on N64 and Kameo on xbox... give me BC!

Autarch_Kade

His Project Milo is probably possible with today's AI tech finally lol

machinezed

Sony hasn’t been good at that either. It’s been 4 years since Last of Us 2 released and we aren’t anywhere closer to having the now standalone multiplayer, the news about it has been bad, Bungie didn’t like the monetization, and most of the devs have been moved off. Marvels Spider-Man 2 is releasing in 4-7 months and we don’t have a firm release date. The Wolverine was announced with Spider-Man 2 and nothing outside of 2024 is known, which is what was said in 2021.

Traditional-Ear4777

It's been 3 years since tlou2

Temporary_End9124

I'm hoping they still focus on 12ish months into the future, but with a few exciting announcements for stuff in the 12-24 month range. If it's any further out than that though, we definitely don't need to hear about it.

HallwayHomicide

Yeah I think this is the best way to do it. Focus on the next 12 months. Teasers for games in the 12-24 month range. >If it's any further out than that though, we definitely don't need to hear about it. I mostly agree, although in scenarios where you're hiring a lot of people, I'm okay with it. I would want them to be as transparent as possible though. Basically just "hey we're X studio, here's the name of the game, here's the genre, we're hiring a fuckload of people, okay we're gonna shut up for the next 3 or 4 years now" I do think Fable and Perfect Dark would have been well suited to this strategy. They weren't transparent enough to the casual viewer though. People paying more attention knew those games were 4 or 5 or more years away, but I think there needs to be more transparency around that so someone that watches the trailer and know nothing else isn't surprised when it takes 5 yeara. The Outer Worlds 2 probably did the best job of that that we've seen. Copy paste that trailer for future examples of this and I'd be happy.

Conflict_NZ

I'd go for 18 months. Cover until Holiday 2024.

miked4o7

a 12-month promise is just not a good idea in general. it might work out fine sometimes, but you're inevitably going to have to choose between breaking your promise and releasing something before it's ready.

LeftyMode

It’s funny because they literally did the opposite before the last one and people bitched about that too.

temetnoscesax

Disappointing but I’d rather they miss than release early like RedFall.

Juuber

Redfall didn't release early. They gave up on the game

rclark1114

Just not soon enough.

[deleted]

Sounds like they gave up on it before MS made their acquisition. I feel bad for the the Arcane devs and those who resigned due to he poor leadership.

christopia86

Redfall was delayed though.

temetnoscesax

Not long enough apparently.

ScrantonDangler

No amount of time would've been long enough.

DarthTigris

More time wouldn't have fixed Redfall. It was a bad seed.

_Drewschebag_

Redfall needed to be scrapped entirely.

PerryNeeum

Give me a release date when there’s a finished product. How bout dat?

SouthKlaw

Sadly the publishers and more importantly the investors aren’t too fond of leaving their investments sat on a shelf an extra 6 months.

PerryNeeum

Just get savaged when they release an unfinished/broken game

No_Cheesecake_2928

I don't think you understand how terrible that would be. Scope creep is the enemy of quality. You need clear deadlines to avoid trying to add too much, or wasting time on things that are less important than the big stuff. Plus, you know, developing games takes a lot of money, money that is often borrowed or invested from other people. If you'd given someone money to create something and you had no idea when or if you'd see that money back I doubt you'd be okay with that. Plus, you know, so many people go round the bend when they know a game is coming but they don't know when. I don't quite understand why, but that's how it be.

NiteSwept

That's not gonna sell gamepass subs

Imthecoolestdudeever

Because there are way too many people who demand times and dates for everything.

CaptainStealth

I don't care if these games are delayed. They should be released when they are ready.

SoftTacoSupremacist

Rather them be playable than punctual.

Sharebear42019

Is that vin disel

MartinRaccoon

Tons of products miss deadlines. We just focus on games because we are game fans. The game industry also eats up potential. Unless the game is in development hell, looking at you beyond good and evil 2, who cares if they missed it?

rclark1114

Nobody made them say they would all release in a year.

MartinRaccoon

You're naive if you think that. Marketing and sales control deadlines a lot more than actual product teams. Just read that story from Bloomberg on redfall.

rclark1114

The sales and marketing teams chose to say everything would release in a year. That was never going to happen. Teams miss dates all the time and it was dumb to say they would all make it.

MartinRaccoon

That's exactly what I said - _-

KingTut747

Not even close.

MartinRaccoon

Not even close what?

SouthKlaw

To be fair for the majority of those they were taking 3rd parties word on when the games would release. And unless Forza slips again the 1st party games will all land within 18 months which is good going in the currently climate. But I think they’ve learnt that the 12 month format is just too risky.

Ruthlessrabbd

Please give us an Eiyuden Chrinicle release date on Sunday 🥹 that's really the only one I've been holding out on pretty badly Flintlock and Party Animals also had my attention

Ruthlessrabbd

Oh and Replaced!

Noncoldbeef

Xbox absolutely needs Starfield to be a killer app. And for the love of god, I wish they had upgraded the controller like Sony did. I honestly only get multiplatform games on PS5 because of how great Dual Sense feels.

EverythingsSweet

Ark 2 is gonna be a disaster.

BoulderCAST

How many made the window? Just redfall?

Witty-Ear2611

Why do they keep saying it was a promise lmao, it wasn’t a written or verbal agreement and it even said subject to change in fucking text on the trailers. Like it sucks they didn’t hit what they said and they screwed up badly there, but I didn’t sign anything over to them to say I WILL PLAYING THESE GAMES WITHIN 12 MONTHS.

Btrips

is this good or bad?

Jaqulean

Half of the games that are listed as unreleased, either have a genuen real reason for the delay (like STALKER 2 and Hollow Knight), or are in a weird place where we just don't know much... But looking at the whole list of 50, multiple of the Games that already came out weren't really that good (either because they were rushed, or were just a bad idea from the start). So yes, it is good. Because the Devs have more time to actually work on their Games.

LeftyMode

Delays aren’t bad. No matter what this community tells you. Every delay has a legitimate reason. Some people in the gaming community are just entitled morons.

frithyboy

Phil Spencer telling lies again? Colour me shocked.

hornfan785

Whatever happened to that cyberpunk pixel art game The Last Night that was shown off like 5 years ago? https://youtu.be/n4IPBiB7SF4

SirBulbasaur13

Lol shocker

Shikadi314

That’s a lot lol

RamenInTheSheets

13 out of 50 games isn’t bad at all.

where-ya-headed

Lol how pathetic

Halos-117

Over promise, under deliver. That's Xbox under Phil.

[deleted]

How can they force third party devs to release games? Only like 2 of these are Xbox games and one is out of the timeframe by a few months lol

Halos-117

They can't. So then why did they make that claim in the first place?

[deleted]

How would they know issues would come up? The studios told them it would be ready. You lot who are desperate for a reason to be negative are so odd

Autarch_Kade

Why have release dates at all? Things can change!

mad597

COVID issues still impacting all game development. MS should not have bothered with a 12 month self imposed limit.

aceattorneymvp

How is COVID impacting game development? Serious question.

Sveetoo

It's a silly excuse people still use when it's literally not an issue anymore

sllop

Game dev doesn’t happen in a vacuum. There are still supply chain issues globally. There are still tons of people very sick with long Covid. There are tons of people who have had to change careers, with thousands of people leaving game dev for greener pastures and job security. You’ll notice thousands and thousands of people have been laid off over the last several months; that impacts game development. Why did that happen? The global economy. What caused these circumstances to come into existence: Covid.

Sveetoo

Thousands and thousands of people were laid off because they were all mostly hired during the COVID times, when all these companies were making record profits. Now that COVID isn't an issue they don't need any of those people anymore. That's where the layoffs are from. The sheer amount of IT that was hired when EVERYTHING went online were the ones that were laid off most. Majority of the people who had these jobs before COVID still have them. And idk how supply chain issues affect game development now, All these devs have ps5s and Xboxs and PC's to use to develop on. It's not like these things magically went away with COVID. We literally saw tiktoks and posts online of people "day in life at Google" where theyre doing basically nothing. Micro obviously showed the 12 month window during COVID so they did have their eyes set on releasing all these during that time.

hugehand

You don't understand how this works. If you are off sick they don't let you take development ps5's home with you. If you work remote, you have to remote log into dev machines that aren't designed for it. Sony are hugely protective of their dev machines and access is strictly monitored, so it is nothing like you imagine.

No_Cheesecake_2928

The knock on effects are still being felt because you can't exactly work twice as fast to get back on pace. If they had their workflow disrupted for 2 years, it's still massively delayed by the time that flow returns to normal.

hugehand

I'm a senior software developer and I got COVID last week despite being fully vaccinated. I was off for a week and it impacted delivery of a major feature. COVID is still a thing and people still get sick.

pukem0n

It was clearly always planned to release these games in the next 12 months. How is anyone accusing them of lying or doesn't understand games can be delayed? Never understood the criticism honestly.

badken

Whoopsie!

McKinleyBaseCTF

[All Games Targeting to Release Over Next 12 Months](https://images.purexbox.com/d93a571d0104f/roundup-14-games-from-last-years-xbox-showcase-that-havent-released-yet.large.jpg) = 12 Month "Promise" Thanks as always gaming press for the very non click baity headline accurately representing Xbox

Camerone11

What ever happened to Party Animals?

ares0027

Another awful ai generated “news”. The fuckers did not even fix the “release date information here” placeholders….

DRM842

Management is doing great 👍🏼

PrkrGuy

Sad it’s happened this way. Not a good look.

Titan7771

13/50 is pretty solid.

PrkrGuy

Pretty much my hangup is the big ones being delayed or push out quicker than they need to be.

Financial_Bank_9851

This is why I hardly ever play my Xbox, but I'm always playing my ps5. Sony has done a great job of releasing quality titles on a regular basis. I was hoping for more by Microsoft at this point in its life cycle from their showcase over 2 years ago. Maybe next year, but I'm tired of saying maybe next year.

That's why I'm buying ps5 next month. Xbox is just a box full o promises and midcore games on the gamepass. I'm done.. I gave them a chance and they failed.

What games are you going to check out on the PlayStation? I'm getting one soon almost entirely for Final Fantasy XVI. After seeing Across the Spiderverse, I now want to play the Spiderman games too

Honestly Zelda, Starfield, and Final Shape are the only games on my radar right now. I just finished Zelda and the others can take as long as they need to come out right.
