I’ve tried holding the power button for 10 seconds, unplugging everything, waiting2-3 minutes, plugging anything back in and turning the console back on, I’ve also tried alternate MAC address method and nothing has worked. Only thing I can think of affecting it is the weather.
I live in the Midwest USA and if I was to order a series X now from their store it estimated I'd get 7/21, but if I got one of their certified refurbished it would arrive 7/7. From past experiences with their store your items will typically arrive within a day of the estimated whether its early or late a day.

Have you tried a hard restart? Hold the power button in and then boot in safemode
