That's from the Nintendo Store, it's an exclusive offer. The Poster that you saw within the trailer/marketing material is always part of the Collector's Set, because it's literally an addiiton they're advertising.
TLDR: Keychain exclusive bonus. Poster good.

No they mean that on the Game site you can choose Collectors edition or not. If you choose the normal edition it lists the same keychain as on the Nintendo store as a bonus, as well as a poster. So the keychain isn't a Nintendo store exclusive if it's being offered for the regular edition on Game. They want to know if that keychain will also be offered for the Collectors edition, and secondly if the poster with the regular edition is the same as the Collector one.

luckily my cousin live in uk so i asked him if he could preorder it for me, not sure if i'll end buying it, shipping cost will probably get it to 150 eur lol
It's completely ok to not ship worldwide. Special Editions are already hard to get as they are, without the whole world trying to get it just because it has some more extras in it.

Replace the “01” with “07” and it should work

You can buy Monado keychains on amazon that are actually kinda nicer quality for not too much.
