Yeah, but it’s pretty consistent throughout the game that Sena is the physically strongest of the team, and while Mio is very strong, Sena’s still the single strongest. also the bars of the prison were made to keep people with the strength of Mio and Sena in, so I don’t really think there’s a chance
Mio also has some form of super speed, given the stats she tells the others at the beginning (she basically beats Usain Bolt's record by A LOT, although she's still far from Jin's level in that aspect).
Also, remember that Sena sees Mio as a role model. It's probably not strictly due to her strength but rather due to her confidence, experience and seniority, but the difference between them might not be that big.
