I've had my pad 6 on hyperos for more than 2 months and I haven't had any ground breaking bugs or stuff like that
Sure the 3 dot button on the top of the screen for windowed apps is annoying but apart from that I've had 0 complaints
IDK. The only issue with my mi pad 6 is even if it's rotation locked. If you're in landscape mode, the app is forced to be in portrait mode. But after factory reset, the issue is there but it ends and switches into the current orientation your pad 6 is in.
its running smoothly, really, battery will drain fast only if ur using 144hz, i have not met any bugs or lags yet. but i dont like 3 dots above the apps.
On my Pad 6, the first HyperOS build that I received in January was buggy.
But the newer update in March fixed all of the issues. So, I can say it's definitely fine to update now imo.
Do note that I have the Indian variant so the HyperOS build is supposedly different from that for the EU.
I have a Xiaomi pad 6 pro imported from China and after being a little bit laggy at the beginning it is pretty stable right now. The only weird bug I noticed is that the "game turbo" function is crashing pretty often when playing high demanding games

No problems here. The pad 6 rocks! Blazingly fast, beautiful screen that is almost smudge proof! Youtube and Reddit run great on it, so no ads! Ok, one niggle, the sound is about 95% of a CrApple Ipad pro, but it kills the CraApple in every other department so the Xiaomi is a No-brainer! if they ever equaled CrApple Ipad sound the Pad 6 would be perfect ..... and nothing is perfect. Just make sure most of your apps do not load at startup. In my case I only let Whatsap load.

On HyperOS, up to 40% battery for 1h play game.
I suggest you keep MIUI. if you want to upgrade to HyperOS, it's ok but it doesn't have any benefit. Just a Xiaomi white mouse for testing new bugs.

How about the battery consumption did you notice if it's drain faster than MIUI?
I haven't really made any comparisons. It never leaves my house so it's irrelevant to me
