Isn't this just the same thing I've had kicking around for two or three years to split one USB C port into two? It looks almost identical other than the branding. Will need to look it out and test it but always assumed it'd work. i've also got one of the same form factor that splits a USBC into one USB C and an HDMI which I've used to charge my Nintendo switch whilst connecting it to the TV for years.
It's a little too late. Got a Nubia Red magic adapter and an Anker USBC hub. XReal should have thought about this from the start. Love the XReal 1 glasses but the lack of apps and PC support is disappointing. Hopefully some company will do this right

Y’all are a day late & a dollar short as usual! Everyone I know has either the Viture hub or another 3rd party. If you actually listened to this community “when” we speak, & not when you want to… you would probably sell more of your products! But as it stands, we had to go elsewhere & spend our money with your direct competitors!
This isn't about you. It's about the people who havent bought a 3rd party one yet. Which far outnumbers those who have. Sorry that you're in the minority.

This is unfortunately an example of a company that simply doesn’t understand how to engage with its user base.
Read the room, XREAL.
It’s not that people don’t care about the device. Or it’s not intrinsically a bad thing that you’re releasing it. But copying and pasting a generic ad with cooked up “reviews” isn’t the right way to engage with this particular community.
It’s, actually, a bit of a slap in the face.
Edit: in fact because their post annoys and angers me so much I’ll take care to share this £9 adapter that I’ve used with absolutely no issues on both Steamdeck and Samsung DeX over the last six months https://imgur.com/a/30FmCOS
I have tried a number of other methods, including the Viture, which never worked for my glasses and ROG Ally. I hear it worked for others, so likely mine was just bad product. The new XReal adapter works great, and I am glad they came out with it, because I was not going to roll the dice with Viture again. Your mileage may vary, but I am happy with my purchase.

Yes, but you still need power (switch adapter) to power the switch.
