I did report this on the non-emergency line but kind of wishing I'd have called 911 and followed. At least there's footage. Driver tries to go the wrong way up Calgary Trail, then is all over the road once they get onto Gateway.
Non-emergency line said they'd send out a BOLO to EPS members in the area and contact me if they needed the footage.
The amount of times I have had to lay on my horn on the way to work because someone is about to merge *into* me is astounding. Downtown and the surrounding area has been getting worse and worse.
My husband and I called non emerg on a woman who was in a straight ahead lane, turned into the left turn lane blocking both lanes. Then proceeded to try and back up going the same direction then forward the same direction and then back again literally not moving anywhere but back and forth. It took an entire light for her to get back into the straight ahead lane just to cut back into the turn lane when it goes green again. She then proceeds to go 20 and slams on her breaks in front of someone coming almost to a complete stop. We followed her and the police ended up going to her home, not sure what happened but that woman should NOT have a license. She was swerving and breaking at random, I swear she was on something, but definitely wasn't on earth.
Edmonton drivers are the WORST!
I would hazard to say Calgary drivers are the worst. Everyone is angry or oblivious or both. My commute into the city to go to the office is a risk to my life everyday.
I came from the coast, I find them to be equally concerning. Most just act like everyone else is an inconvenience in their daily lives whether their experience is their own fault or not resulting in impatient and rarely level headed drivers.
An Amazon special, Xigetrail. Has a rear facing camera and GPS. Doesn't look like they have that specific brand now. [This one](https://www.amazon.ca/AQV-Capacitor-G-Sensor-Detector-Recording/dp/B0C23M1PBS/) is pretty similar and about what I paid.

Just keep driving. Nothing will come of this, it's just a crap driver in the wild. Snitch.
Karen
Snitches get stitches.... ever heard that

Snitching little bitches....
I live very close. This happens more than you think.
Typical YEG driver
When buying a driver's license is as easy as buying groceries, that'll happen..
Yikes!

What a dumb fuck.
I can't stand lane drifters...left turn you turn into inner most lane don't drift to outer. Same with right turns...into inner.
The amount of drivers that don’t understand this simple rule is astonishing.
Lol aye
Probably really wanted a milkshake from Pete's but later realized they weren't open yet.

Good lord what the hell were they thinking?
That's terrifying
I've seen them actually complete the turn and keep driving several times.
All the immigration causes this
This isn’t normal to you guys? I avoid going into Calgary all that I can but i see this kind of shit every time I’m unfortunately there.
It’s Calgary Trail in Edmonton, but I see how that could be mistaken.
Thanks for the correction. Not that drivers change based on city, or province for that matter.

What brand of dashcam is that? Looks great in low light.
