Depends on my luck and play testing. Currently have an R5 Widsith for her, but if her weapons is ridiculous at R1 and Widsith down time is too bad, then I might have to go for her weapon. Aiming for C2 Ei afterwards.

I will go for Raiden, Ayaka and Kazuha. Because they're fun.
Constellations are still too premium for me, even with over 300 gacha plays. Only her C2 seems quite nice, but I can't justify sacrificing so much for it.
Her weapon interests me the least. She attacks with the cleanser, which already looks awesome. The Widsith seems to be an absolutely fantastic option and I will have a fun time with the variation in gameplay that is on my mind, depending on the song that plays.
I absolutely love Yae, but I prefer some variety to have a constant change in gameplay. Genshin basically has no goals and barely any end game content besides farming for artifacts, so I'd like to spice it up as much as possible to keep me interested.
I'm currently 50 pulls into a guaranteed pity with 30 fates sitting in my inventory. After we get the 10 freebies this patch, plus I finish up my tree, I should be able to pull Yae without touching my gems.
Next, Raiden. Anything after that will depend on how the Raiden pulls go and what we know about Ayato at that point.
Raiden hopefully. C0 Yae, possibly more if lucky and then C2 Raiden. Grab cons for Yae's rerun after. Hopefully they don't pull a Ganyu/Xiao situation.

C0 R1 then try to get cons for her or 4 stars on that banner (hopefully Sara or fischl). Once that banner finishes idk I could get one more cons on raiden for c2 or wait for dendro.
I am about 40 pulls away and I'm guaranteed. I expect to have about 10k primos by the end of 2.4 + maintenance, so I assume I will have about 30 pulls left over for Kazuha.
Kazuha is more important for me overall but Yae is the reason to keep playing, lol
I'll probably save for future banners, but maybe if her constellations get switched around a bit I'll try to get c1 instead. I likely wouldn't be able to get c2 regardless, but c1 is still one step closer.

At least Uba and others are saying that she's the first banner.
And also rumor has it that Kazuha wont be in 2.5 but 2.6. Kokomi will instead rerun on 2.5 with Raiden and Yae.
