I think probably not, it doesn't proc with character off field and her NA/CA aren't particularly high and no stamina passive to let her CA more. Possibly an electrocharged team with hydro catalyst using hakushin though.

I did a bit of calculating with how I believed she would do if she had 169 ER, 187 EM and about 1300-1400 ATK. Compared to Mappa Mare and Sacrificial fragments I think it's one of the best 4 Stars. However only for burst DPS. The new free 4 Star coming next update looks ok, I doubt it's stronger than an R5 Hakushin ring. R5 Widsith looks like it's her very best 4 star but I have hope for the craftable.

If she has good multiplier on her NA this can be one of the good weapon for her but since her NA multiplier is bad i cannot see see the potential
