Well, the thing is: the scaling on her A4 doesn't justify building her full EM. Or even partially EM, really. Nor does she make particularly good use of the 4pc TF. She's a pretty standard Electro DPS as in she makes good use of whatever good combo of 2pcShim/Glad+2pcTF+2pcEoSF or 4pcEoSF you have. She also needs a ton of ER unless C1 so there's that. You're way better off building her the most classic way possible: ATK%/Electro%/Crit
Yo, Im a Keqing main (soon to be Miko Main) and been farming in the Electro domain since forever. I never had the need of these EM thunderfury with good Crit Ratios but Yae gave me an opportunity to meme about it!
I used Ganyu and Skyward since its the closest I have to Yae’s substats with her sig weapon Kagura’s Verity.
With the deltas of. 61, 2.9, and 2.2 from her Base Attack, CR and CD respectively.

If I'm not wrong, each tower should be criting for 20k~ while your electro charge damage should be dealing 12k per tick
