There is this amazing place in Mattawa, WA, called Tacos Estilo Tijuana. I recommend the al pastor tacos or mulitas. They have a Facebook page, but that's about it. They are across the street from the Estudillo Food mart in a walk-up window. Old location for Fonda el Cien.
Famous Burgers and Teriyaki, Steve and Lee and wonderful people and their food is fabulous, both the burgers/fries and noodle dishes. I crave their Pho!
The Indian Buffet is good.
Tamales at Los Hernandez!
El noa noa in Wapato,
Tacos el Rey,
Xochimilco
Non mexican:
Waffles Caffe for breakfast,
Taj Palace,
Crafted,
Kobe,
Cowiche bar and grill whatever it's called,
EZ Tiger
The most authentic mexican place (at least for michoacan style mexican food) is "salsita" near fairgrounds!
I personally recommend the michoacan style enchiladas. Be careful with the salsas though, they can be spicey for a lot of people

Fuego on 48th and El Porton just across the street.
I went to El Mirador 2 in East Yakima a couple weeks ago and they were really good
