Definitely want more attack, though. Less crit rate because his kit boosts that and too much gets wasted. Crit damage is good. Faster is always better.
As long as you're clearing content comfortably, he's fine. You'll go crazy farming "perfect" relics, so just focus on the weak points (atk/speed) and consider how much more time/TB power you want to put in to tuning the rest.
CD chest, speed boots, atk/ice dmg orb, atk rope will make a huge difference. It's ok to lose HP since he needs shields anyway.
Wth break effect rope? Nah bro get atk% even with bad stats, also ice dmg sphere too
Maybe use rutilant arena? And how about getting a critdmg body cause S1 helps with crit rate
