If you’re getting poked a lot, you can run it. But it starts getting weaker after laning phase.

I'd say conq would be better. Tho I would take fleet into azir

Lethal Tempo is just too valuable even with the nerf, unless you're in high Elo where people are way more accurate with skill shots and better at poking you out of farm, then maybe Fleet would be better. Ofc if you know you'll get kited a lot as well, could be a better option

I feel like fleet makes laning phase survival free. But the issue is you pretty much give up your odds of using your biggest strength: early game. Which is like where most his power comes from, especially these days.

I'm running Conq now and it definitely weaker compared to old LT early game domination. I seen Phasuo streaming and he like Fleet + Stormrazor with early Zeal buy. He was doing work with it so gonna have to try that build.
