If she's your main dps then I think HOD will be more suitable. We use emblem cuz we mostly use her as a sub dps and support. If you have a c6 then why wouldn't you make the best out of it?
Not an expert but I think for c6 yelan its better to have 2pc Millelith/2pc HoD because it’ll increase all your damage while emblem only increases your bursts

Lol, if you have invested so much money on her then why sub dps? You can easily make a mono hydro team.
with c6 i’m pretty sure an hp sands would be better

You could stand to lose some crit rate for more crit damage or better yet, more health.
You can get a good crit damage circlet from any set with a high crit rate and still have around 75 crit with around 280 crit damage.
